George evaluated the damage to our residence and put a plan together to address the issues quickly. He coordinated with my insurance adjuster, and assigned a crew who performed in a highly efficient, organized manner. They took great care in removing the damage and left everything neat and tidy each day when they left. Everyone was professional, polite, and caring. All of my questions were answered throughout the process, which helped ease my concerns during this unfamiliar and stressful experience. I was kept informed every step of the way from the first visit to the conclusion of the project. This company has terrible customer service. Nearly 3 months later after a hot water pipe repair I still can't use my kitchen. I am washing dishes outside with the garden hose. They don't return phone calls, and then when I hear from them they say they are busy and short staffed. I need the counter tops put in and my sink & dishwasher and they are too busy to finish.
They started this small job on March 12 and just don't seem to give a damn about finishing it....This is a very BAD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS leaving a customer high and dry,

I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! At first I felt totally embarrassed because I had left the bathtub running for well...a very long time - but they were so professional and I instantly felt like I was in good hands. Venturi was contracted by our insurance company to repair interior damage from a roof leak from storm damage. Arrangements were made for painting in as timely a manner as was possible, since interior and exterior repairs needed to be coordinated. The painting crew assigned to us was quite poor. They did not cover our furnishings well and we found numerous spots of paint on our furniture, flooring, and appliances. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. Would not recommend.

Called Next Gen Restoration Az for water damage at my mother's house . We needed demolition services and I was very impressed on how they used plastic to ensure dust didn't get on everything. Thank you !

Communication to you as a customer is terrible. Even after repeatedly asking for communication, long lengths of time went with no response just for me to reach out again. Communication within the company is also very poor. Empathy and assurance are no where to be found.
Some contractors will be sent out by GoToServices that they contract with, the work is not actually always done by them, just so you are aware when possibly planning some type of repair. Don’t always believe them when they say “we are sending out one of our best people” yet a company truck will pull up for a different business. Can be very… “snake in the grass” with wording and approach. Listen carefully.
VIDEO RECORD ALL REPAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN YOUR HOME. I unfortunately did not. People will say that communication never happened, items will be broken and you need to supply proof of them damaging items. Yes, some things were owned up to and taken care of but others are ignored.
Project was not completed. Left over work to be completed. Left over trash after EVERY visit. Promises to clean after repairs, that never happens.
Took a repair that should have been done within a couple weeks and have now gone 5 months with no resolution. Contractors sent out continue to damage items or other parts of the home unrelated. Company now stating that no resolution is available and they are ending communication based on actions.
If I ever have a choice to go elsewhere, it’s high on my consideration list considering my most recent experience.

Ian came in and got things going and the team got the water and carpet out quickly. Set up the fans and had a person to run tests for lead and asbestos. More to come later.

We were told the insurance would cover everything 6 months later we find out there’s a lein keeping us from selling our property because of their “services”. they left all the damaged trash and dry wall they destroyed in my side yard ripped apart the vanity’s and also left them. They’re were supposed to clean up but was told insurance wasn’t covering it so they left it as is. I have a 2 year old a 3 year old and a 6 year old who ended up being exposed to nails that were left in the floor board. Worst clean up service and would never recommend to anyone. If they had left the supposed contract they were supposed to leave we’d be taking legal action but ofc all documents were taken with them for some reason.

this staff was one of the guys in charge of setting up numerous fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the floors after some recent water damage to my home, and he also made numerous excursions to check on things. they were prompt, polite, and really professional. their good nature and diligence helped to ease a challenging situation.

The water line on my fridge busted and flooded my kitchen late at night, the Technicians responded quickly and promptly and were very helpful. Clean up was fast and they got drying equipment running the same night. They did the demolition efficiently and got my kitchen put back together in less than two weeks. I was very pleased with their kindness and helpfulness.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

We used Interstate Restoration for a water damage restoration project. Interstate was the preferred vendor of our insurance company. In a day and age when most contractors could care less, Interstate demonstrated a commitment to clear, timely communication and high work standards. This was particularly so with Mark Serey, Project Director who bid the job and worked with me to accommodate the budget. We went through a couple revisions which was no problem for him. He handed the project off to John Lulaj, Project Manager to coordinate the different teams. John is very knowledgeable about details and procedures of construction. His experience generated confidence. The project involved dry wall, tile flooring, electrical and painting. I was highly satisfied and can recommend them for restoration or remodeling at a reasonable price.
