Ray C is amazing! Our air conditioner was pumping air, but the air was not cold. Ray came out and thoroughly looked at the entire system and found that the air flow was being blocked thus causing the air to not be cooled. He took apart the whole system, fixed the inner insulation problem put it back together and the Air Conditioner has never worked better. Ray is truly an AC genius and I could not be happier. Thanks Hays and Ray!!!

The old AC was from a different company I always had issues with it and they were never willing to come take a look at it, they continued to make silly excuses for the next 6 months. I got fed up with it and looked for a different company Kind Mechanical was able to book me an appointment and come take a look at it that same day !! Frank himself was the one who assigned me to Ayax who took a look at my AC and replaced it that night. I’m in love with it now everything was so neat and organized ! It’s so crazy that this company had such had workers!

Service Tech, Leo, arrived ahead of schedule, presented in a professional manner, identifying himself and clarifying the purpose of our call for service. He then gathered the appropriate tools and I led him to where he could access the system to check it out.
Now, in my 6+ decades on the planet, I've been in various types of service businesses, where customer service is of utmost importance. I also happen to know a thing, or two about Air-Conditioning and HVAC, but am not now licensed to service them. Because of these facts, some might say I am Tough when it comes to 'vetting' service techs. (I have invited more than one to leave)
I simply expect a service Tech to Know what they're doing, and to be Professional about their doing it. Leo and AzPerfectComfort.com exceeded expectations. I had a bad fan motor in my AC unit. Tap came out and was able to swap it out for me quickly and at a fair price. My AC unit is back up and running and all is well. Tap was easy to work with and straightforward with no up-selling BS like some of the other guys I have tried to deal with in the past. I would highly recommend him.

Very Professional and timely...came thru in the clutch on a Sunday

Jorge R did such an excellent job installing my AC unit for my garage. It took all day but that's because he took his time, he thought about the look and made sure it looked good cosmetically. He trenched to hid the piping. Everything along the wall was neat and straight. The AC unit was put in an ideal location outside the garage, and the other part of the unit was hung nicely in an inconspicuous location while delivery cool air. The unit works great, way better than I could've imagined. I love the remote features. I was able to paint the piping and other fixtures the next day. I've attached some pics to see how it all turned out. Jorge was friendly and polite and I'm so glad he works for such a great company. I look nowhere else when it comes to my AC needs.

We found these guys through the Home Show. As you know, there are A LOT of A/C guys at the home show. These guys stood out above all others. The owner was there and talked to us for quite a bit of time, making sure to thoroughly answer all of our questions. After all, this is a huge purchase to make.

We called to get a free quote and they came out that very same day. Getting more impressed with every move so far by these guys.

We had a price that we didn’t want to go over(which of course we didn’t say out loud). He quoted us for two 20 seer, 4 and 5 ton a/c units and two new furnaces. Plus they offer this really cool UV light air filtration (we got two of those). With all said and done, the quote was considerably less than what we thought it would be, and came in a couple of Thousand dollars cheaper than the number we didn’t want to go over. These guys have great pricing. They offered us financing and offered a ‘cash’ discount. So a win/win with that!

They were able to do installation within less than a week of the quote. They did the whole thing in two days. The guys and girl that came over were on time, professional and very nice to work with. At the end of the job, they cleaned up like they weren’t even there.

The systems works beautifully!

They came by two weeks later to inspect all work that was done and to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns.

They also have a service agreement, included in the cost!

I cannot say enough about this company. They are terrific!!! I would highly recommend them….you will be in good hands!!!
