We had an emergency plumbing need in our office over a weekend. DiamondBack Plumbing was at our office within less than an hour to fix the issue. The technician was professional and friendly and got to work to fix the problem immediately. He was done quickly, which allowed us to go home to continue our weekend. Since it was a Sunday, I was expecting a large bill however it was ver reasonable for having to come in on an emergency. I would recommend them.

The only reason Custom Plumbing of Arizona gets 4 stars and not 5 is because they were an hour late, without calling to let me know. However; once he got there, everything was great. The tech did an excellent job, he was fast and efficient and charged a fair price. My tub had been clogged for 3 days, I did not have time for quotes, I just needed someone to fix it...he could have jacked up the price and I would have been stuck. But he got it fixed quickly and just charged me their minimum fee that was quoted online. He even helped me with my sink that I had forgotten to put on my original request. To me, nothing is more important than knowing you can trust a company to be fair and honest. Would DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to others.

I've had Anthony's Plumbing out to my house a few times over the years. I've had the guys out for a bath drain replacement and a good snake of the main line. These guys were always courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I will use them again when its time for a anything plumbing related issue.

feel Ryan did not care to try to fix anything Rather chose to blame everything on a needed pressure valve that is not covered per Ryan, He wanted to charge me 400.00 for a valve. He said One Guard would not cover because we do not have one already.

1. Could not fix master bathroom because husband pulled plug out for sink to drain 15.00 for nre one, but refused to put new one in even tho he said he prob had in truck

2. Could not fix leaky bathtub as it needed a new whatever it is called.

He stated that was 277.00 I said for a 20.00 part and he said the part was more than that. I said no I have one sitting on my kitchen table to return to home depot. It was 20.00. He said they pay 36.00 for the item. so wanting to charge me 240.00 for a 5 minute change job, but chose to blame leaky tub on water pressure. Funny we have one of those, but not covered because he blamed it on water pressure. This has been replaced in the past asn leak stopped. Now after about a year is leaking again.



3. Did open sink in guest bathroom and it appears to be draining ok after 1st try.



Total waste of my copay for my warranty, This company seems pretty useless unless you choose to pay for everything out of pocket as that is what they are asking for.

Ryan said he would call One Guard and see if these items were covered and I asked if I can listen and was told NO , that One Guard will call me regarding this matter



This company needs to be removed from the One Guard professionals. Totally useless and waste of my copayment. Very dissatisfied.

Have used Quail plumbing numerous times and both family and friends have been happy with quality and value.

One of my customers mentioned she was struggling to come up with the money she needed to pay Xxxxxx Xxxxxx again. The again spurred me to recommend Quail. She contacted them. They performed a comprehensive inspection and saved her 100%. Not a typo! She did not need ANYTHING!



I did not mention the company because it does not matter. If you need (or think you need) a plumber CALL QUAIL!



BTW - Ignore the map. They've helped me across Maricopa County, even once at O'dark:30. Just call 'em.

They answered my call at 6:30 AM. It was not a recording. I spoke to someone in person. They said they could have someone there between eight and 10. They arrived about 8:30 AM. They were very courteous and very professional and took care of the problem for a great price. I would highly recommend them.

I had a plumbing emergency yesterday causing me to shut off the water to my home. Since I had no other options, I called George Brazil. They dispatched Armando to my home that evening. He was kind and respectful. Armando thoroughly explained what needed to be done to fix the problem with my main shower. It took Armando three hours to resolve the issue. The plumber arrived within one hour of our call. We experienced a blockage that was causing water to drain from our kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and laundry area. He promptly identified the problem and cleared the obstruction. He also assisted with increasing the water pressure in our bathroom sink, which was dripping with hot water.
