Vicente replaced our water heater and the shut-off valve. He was very professional and communicated to us very effectively. Even with the temperature over 105 he worked nonstop and impressed us by moving the old water heater that couldn’t be drained conventionally. This was my first time working with Hobaica and saw that they had a virtual scheduling system (honestly an amazing feature) that I could use to schedule a virtual meeting to replace my AC. My AC stopped working in the morning, and by that afternoon Gabe had his tech at my house getting the repair completed. Then they educated me on the options, and recommended a new motor over replacing the entire unit! I was very happy with the savings and service. I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

My A/C was making a high pitched squeak and I was certain a bearing was shot. I wanted the fan repaired before it got really hot.

James came out and checked the air filter which was clogged. I had replacement filters on hand. He replaced the filters and didn’t charge me for the service call.

I’m embarrassed that I didn’t figure out the problem myself but thankful The problem is solved. I will call JustAir when I have any other issues with my A/C.

Dave was a really great tech! He was very good at explaining everything and came up with an idea for a heat deflector that was a great solution to our A/C problem.
