Hi Nicky. I couldn't be any happier with Nick and Mark (I think that's his name). You have two great guys there. From the moment they got to my house, he explained what and how everything they were going to do. On Monday he totally eased my mind but telling me that every job he's on, he'll never leave his customers without water for the night. That is such a big deal, Not sure if you know that but it really is.
As big and dirty of a job it was, my yard never looked like a crazy mess. When I got home last night, it didn't look at all like I had any work done. He also called and left me a message as to when he was done along with what I needed to do. I seriously couldn’t be happier. Thank you soo much and I will be passing on your company information to anyone who needs a recommendation.

Wish I could give zero stars for this company. We called this company 3 years ago to come out and check our ac because the fuse kept going out, they told us the whole unit needed to be replaced soon or this would keep happening. We reluctantly agreed on a new unit instead of just putting a band aid on it. I told the employee that I wanted to look around for different options and pricing(I don’t like to just go with the first one without some research). This made the employee not happy and I was basically bullied and belittled until I signed paperwork for purchasing a new unit that day. The employee had no problem telling me that their company didn’t want to wait around because they had other customers, and at this point we would have been charged for the $79 fee to just diagnose the problem. Like I said I felt bullied into this but reluctantly did after my house had reached 85 degrees and only growing hotter. Well my 3 year old ac unit just went out again with a broken fan motor when they assured me a brand new ac wouldn’t have a problem for at least 10 years, I called them to ask them to come out and look at my unit and the woman on the phone was so rude I ended up hanging up on her. She proceeded to let me know that was not their problem it went out after 3 years and said I wasn’t maintaining it correctly and if they came out to check it we would pay a fee no matter what. She didn’t offer me a waived appointment fee of $79 with any potential work, but she did make me feel remorse that I went with this company in the first place. After I got off of the phone I called Penguin Air and plumbing and was amazed by the fantastic service I received from them at an amazing price! Honestly if you want a horrible company that doesn’t care about you go with Hays. Be smart and avoid a headache DO NOT USE Hays cooling heating and plumbing!

My ac hasn’t been working for almost 3 weeks. Had another company in that I normally used and they missed a weeks worth of appointments to get the job done finally arrived told me nothing was wrong then left with the ac still not working. Later gave me a $600 proposal to get the job taken care of so it works properly. Called penguin and they came out next day, went through the system and told me the issue and how I can solve it. As I said since he was there he could take care of it but it would cost a couple hundred. So now my service contract is with them to keep up with my ac, plumbing and electrical. It’s hard to find honest people.

Dylan is a great tech and service provider. He is friendly, professional, and punctual. He's been to my house a couple of times, once during the summer heat at 115 deg plus..He filled my refrigerant and it really helped during that heat wave. I have been with Hobaica's for over 20 years and never disappointed!

I wouldnt utilize anyone but North Valley Mechanical! Hands down the best. Years and years of history with them at every home and never ever disappointed!

Our old AC- Furnace died. There were some problems with the correct tonnage ordered by our home warranty company. People can praise great service when everything goes without a hitch. The real proof is how they respond to problems. Chase managed to get the correct unit for installation the next day! And brought us a great heater to keep our house warm yesterday and last night. They are indeed the Best!

Klein Heating and cooling technician was extremely nice and really explained the size of unit I need like no one else did. Work was very professional. The price was the best quote I had and I was totally surprised when he finished the job that he completed a significant amount of duct work that no one else offered. Even if it takes a while or some effort to schedule a job, I would highly recommend you use them because when the work is done you won't be disappointed.

Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.
