Best Cooling Equipment in Phoenix AZ

We wanted to say thank you to Frank from Hays Cooling and Heating who came over today to do a maintenance check on our air-conditioning units. We were so impressed with his knowledge. We learned more today about how to help our units work better and last longer than we have in forty years. Frank took his time to really inspect everything and we feel confident that his excellent service will get us through another long summer without worries about air conditioning. Thanks Hays Cooling and Heating for having such great employees and thanks again to Frank.

I don’t know where to start with my one of kind experience that I had with NVM and their amazing technician, Jorge! On June 15th, 2021 right when it happened to be the hottest day in Phoenix my AC seemed to be working fine, but things changed the morning after! Our AC stopped working, and the temperature in our house kept going up. I had a full house with both my wife’s and my parents in town who are seniors and can’t tolerate too much heat. I called my home insurance and put in a request; within an hour I received a call from NVM and they had me scheduled for Friday, June 18th originally. When I brought to their attention that I have my wife who is under medication and parents at their senior ages, they didn’t hesitate to offer an option of sending someone over earlier if they had any cancellations. After 2 hours I received a call from NVM that they were going to send a technician over who happened to be in our neighborhood! I was AMAZED and beyond GRATEFUL!Once the amazing technician Jorge arrived within no time he was able to identify the issue and told me that he will take care of it within same day! I didn’t see that coming, since everything happened in such a short notice! But he did fix it!! He replaced the whole AC Engine that was broken and our AC started working within less than 8 of it deciding not to work. I am beyond satisfied with the Amazing experience I had with NVM and would recommend it to everyone! This is how you define a GRRAT customer service!! Thank you!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND if I could give a 100 stars I would!!! From going in between back & forth with our home warranty to making sure we were taken care of since the very beginning of the whole process!! Tori made sure to answer any questions I may have had when I called and was very kind during this difficult process!! Mike, Tim, and Michael also communicated diligently day after day trying to get both our indoor & outdoor unit replaced for us. After a nearly 3 month battle they got BOTH units approved!!! They've all worked so hard for us & we greatly appreciate it!!!! This family run company is the BEST in the business ? they go above & beyond!! Thank you for all your hard work, our family appreciates y'all from the bottom of our heart!!

As always, Day and Night was super professional, informative and thorough in their execution. I just purchased a new (old) house and the unit had a lot of issues they fixed every single one of them. This is the second home I have serviced by Day and Night and I wouldn't think to call anyone else. Super responsive and attentive. Fairly priced too, but above all, exceptional customer service! I'm pretty much on a first name basis with our tech Ivan. 6 Stars!

Review and update... owner came by on Sunday, early in the morning, and fixed the AC unit in 15 minutes, something about a capacitor. HE didnt need to. Apparently, even though we have home warranty, the insurance only pays for normal business hours, so sunday was definitely not normal hours.
It seemed that the weekend person hadnt arrived at my calls so no one knew about my problem.
Once all the messages were written and reviewed, my problem with the AC was fixed less than 24 hrs later.
I'm very thankful since my 9 month old baby was able to sleep through the night.

Parker and Sons are the best. I called their company at 9pm on a Thursday night. The person who picked up the phone was nice and friendly. They showed empathy for my situation. I lost electricity in certain parts of my house. I explained, I needed electricity to work from home. Parker and Sons sent and electrician out by the name of Alex Ortiz first thing the next morning. He was kind and very efficient. He explained what happened and what needed to be done. He did testing to make sure everything was running properly. I can't say or express how happy I am with Parker and Sons. I will definitely use them again.

I called today to check on a potential candidate that we interviewed at our air conditioning company. I spoke with the owner Larvell, and he was honest and upfront with the two questions that I had for him. I appreciate your help, Sir.
