Bob came yesterday to investigate a possible leak. He found that there is a leak but it is under the slab. Today Jake came to find exactly where the leak is and the pipes that need to be fixed. Both men were very helpful, courteous, professional, and skilled. We were given options on the scope of work that could be done and the price for each. We will determine the best option and move forward with Parker & Sons to get the issue corrected.

Both of our kitchen sinks were blocked. The team was quick to respond and fairly priced. They had to remove a 50-foot-long clog in our line. In his explanation, the technician was professional, friendly, and clear. I would use them again and strongly suggest them!

I called early one morning after my air conditioner had not been putting out cold air all night. They answered at 7:30am and had someone at my place by 8:30am. Jose was extremely thorough, found the problem pretty quickly , and told me all the options for repair and preventive maintenance. Ace Home Services was able to give me a same day appointment. My air conditioning stopped working the day before, and the temperature outdoors was 114 degrees. Ronald came and did the repair and got the AC working again. He was very friendly and courteous. He showed me a picture on his phone of the inside of the AC and explained what needed to be done. He did the work on my roof in extreme hot weather! He did an excellent job! Thank you, Ronald for being a lifesaver on such a hot day!
