Ivan and Tristan showed up on time to install our new A/C unit including thermostat. They laid down matting to make sure there was no mess left behind from coming from outside to upstairs as they installed everything. They even wore shoe booties. I was blown away at that. They vacuumed when they left. You couldn’t even tell they were there when they left. They were very professional, kind and respectful. The new system works great! It’s so quiet! I went from a single step to a variable.

Andy came out initially to assess our system and he was so thorough on educating my husband. This is how good he was a educating and pricing. My husband warned me ahead of time that we were not going to purchase an air-conditioning unit. That we had to wait until he left so we could discuss it. Andy came in and showed him on his handy computer. The difference between the unit types, and then gave us a price that was substantially lower than my husband had already pre-priced them at my husband, and then said, “how do we sign and proceed?”. I gave my husband a look as I recalled his warning to me. LOL! That said, the Hobaica prIce was much less. I like-a my Hobaica!

Great company, I had Kevin the last two times and he is always on time, cheerful, professional and most of all he is good at what he does. My parts and labor are still under warranty so the only charge is just the regular maintenance, great value for the money.

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. We used SG Mechanical to install a humidifier into a new HVAC system. The consultation with Andy, the owner, and installation of humidifier and new thermostats and build of new plenum were exemplary all around. Andy's team - Cody, Kirkland, Zach and Miles - were all extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Of note is how attentive they were to cleaning up post-install - floors swept and wiped down (even the tops of the floorboards!). Very responsive and the expertise of this group is evident. A++ all around. Would recommend for any HVAC issue/install you may have.

Frank got me exactly what the competition offered for less (i compared model numbers)I ands able to get the install done quicker than anyone in the valley. Did I mention he lined everything up over the weekend yet still the most affordable option.

Don't pass on King Mechanical. They are passionate about being problem solvers, working with you and your needs and I can assure you I called a lot of places and his price was the best with the same labor warranty the others offered.

They say veteran owned but when it comes to service wise they are not professional at all, the guy came for service called another person and checked for the alternative opinion. He was not sure what to do at the time of service. And he charged more than 400 bucks and said my HVAC is not in good shape. When i checked with other provider on the same day he said he can fix it for 150$.

Chuck and his crew were great to work with. They installed a new system at my house yesterday. Felt confident they knew what they were doing. They did the install effectively and efficiently. They cleaned up after the work was done and it felt like they were doing the install at their own house. Would recommend them to anyone.

I broke the spigot pipe in my back yard on a Saturday morning. I called ACE and they sent Tristin to help us. He arrived earlier than expected, was very friendly, and professional. He was able to get the spigot replaced and my water was back on in no time at all. Also I was expecting to part with some coin due to it being an emergency and it was the weekend. The cost of the repair was not very expensive. I would definitely use & recommend Tristin and ACE to my family and friends.
