DaQuon was great. Worked hard! Professional and explained everything.

My washing machine drain was backed up. I tried snaking it with a small hand driven auger without luck. Called Hays and was scheduled for a service call the following day between 1 and 3 pm. Mitch showed up right on time at 1pm and cleared the drain in just a few minutes with a combination of machine driven snakes. Cost me the quoted price of $99 total. This was a third of the price quoted the previous day by RotoRouter. I will use Hays again if needed.

I received an estimate of $2530.00 to replace the faucet fixtures in two bathrooms. that did not include parts and would leave us with two walls to repair. We were told because the parts were old, no replacements were available. The technician tried for an hour to remove faucet valve
A handyman/ plumber came the next day and removed the four Pfister valves, went to Ace hardware, bought new valves and replaced the four valves in the two bathrooms. Job took him one hour and 15 mins. He charged me $ 200., that’s two hundred dollars. That’s a difference of $ 2330.00.
You make the call as if these are competent, honest people.

Jonatan responded quickly to my call of no heat. He did what was necessary so I would have heat quickly & repaired the issue causing problem. He was friendly, neat, explained the repairs...couldn't be happier!

I appreciated the promptness of scheduling my evaluation and the next day the repairs were done. With the heatwave we have now it was imperative I had an air conditioner working smoothly. It does! The dismantling of our old A/C and installation of the new roof top A/C went perfectly and couldn’t have been better. Everyone was exactly on time and so organized. The job was completed much earlier than expected. The crew was great and Juan was terrific,, so professional and knowledgeable.

Our nearly 20 year old AC unit died. I remembered seeing a King Mechanical truck in our neighborhood and talking to the owner, who was happy with their equipment and work, so I called. I spoke directly with Frank, the owner, who helped me determine what kind of unit I needed and whether it would be cost effective to upgrade to a higher efficiency unit. The heat was miserable in the house, but Frank and crew were onsite at 8:30am the next morning, and he assured me we won't leave until it's working. They finished a difficult install (unit in the attic and outside unit difficult to remove) at 7:30 pm and we had cooling once again. The price was reasonable for good equipment with a good warranty. They guys were hard working, clean, cheerful, and professional. I would use KIng Mechanical again, and recommend them to you for your heating/AC needs.

Fred and Raymond were at our house this morning to install our new AC unit. It was installed in a very timely manner. When speaking with either Robin or Stacy on the phone it is always a great experience. It is very evident that they really care about their clients.

We referred Benefit Air Conditioning to a client who was selling their home as the AC units were on their last leg. Benefit Air showed up on time, gave two options: 1) repair the unit (band aid on a wound) 2) Replace (best option as these were 20+ years old). Went with replacing and they did the job in a timely manner and even transferred the labor and parts warranty to the new homeowner after the home was sold! Long story short, we looked like the super hero's for referring them out and I would give them an A+ rating for a job well done. Thank you Paul.

Responded quickly with technician showing up the next morning. Wire to cap was cooked and replaced along with new wiring. Freon was added to system as it was a pound low.

Total cast was under $1200.

I have been using ACE home services for my heat pump maintenance and repair. Based on my maintenance check it was clear I needed to replace my 12 year old heat pump.
