Grayson was professional and answered all my questions. When he learned my HVAC had been not working for 3 days, he pushed hard to get my outdoor fan motor part the next day and came and installed it one day earlier than expected. I am very grateful for the good customer service I received. Also, the office checked and found my unit was still under warranty, and it saved me hundreds of dollars.

Fast and courteous service. My only complaint was they missed my filter replacement but after the dude was on my roof for an hour in triple digit weather I can't hold it against him. They could be a bit cheaper but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Jesus and Moses installed a new system at my little 1928 historic renovation project. When there was trouble the this summer, Tiffany scheduled Jesus to come the next day, and the fix (a bad capacitor) was simple, he was here a half hour, and everything was under the OEM warranty. What a great team!

These guys are the best! They have done quality installs on two of my properties for a very reasonable price. Their attention to detail and honesty are truly refreshing. Their ongoing service on my units continues to be priced fairly and the work is always done in a timely manner. They show up when scheduled, and if any additional work is needed they give a full explanation of all the options available.

I had a great experience with Comfort One Air Conditioning! Our a/c unit needed replacing. Comfort One responded immediately and got us on the schedule for a new unit. I also had them add an additional vent into one of our rooms. The crew that came out to the house showed up promptly when scheduled and they were very professional. They also followed up with us to let us know we were getting a rebate. Every person I interacted with was very nice, professional, and went out of their way to give us a great experience!

I love Howard Air! I finally had to buy a new ac and I’m really happy I chose them. The team that came out was great. They were polite and professional. It seems rare these days to find a company with excellent customer service. Lee Collins has that and more. Good communication, courteous employees, show up when scheduled, don't give you the hard sell. Work is efficient and so far everything working quite well. Highly recommend.

Had 2 Air Conditioners replaced. Three George Brazil workers (Christopher F, Enrique H and Steve D) came to complete the job by taking care of the insulation and repair. They were very nice to us and took great care to prevent any damage to our home. They took photos to show us the result of their work which did not make it necessary to personally observe it. I was very pleased with them and their work and would recommend George Brazil to anyone. Great experience.

Ryan was professional and honest. He came when he said he was going to come and had our air conditioner up and running the same day. I've since referred some family members to him and they've also had a wonderful experience. Definitely a great find!

Shaun is a fantastic repairman and representative for Howard Air. He checked all systems, answered numerous questions, changed the filters and clarified much information. I wish everyone understood what the word 'customer service' means like Shaun does. He is knowledgeable, cs oriented, kind, pleasant, and hard working.

The crew from Five Star Air Conditioning was professional and efficient. My AC stopped working and I called them in the noon and they sent crew to check it out two hours after my call. The crew diagnosed and fixed our AC in half an hour. I highly recommend their service, very professional and efficient.

Our home warranty company sent out Jesse who was awesome, he originally came out to look at our unit because the compressor wasn't working. It turned out that we needed a new compressor, which meant we were going to have to pay for Freon. He then told us that even if we fix the compressor the unit still may not work or if it does it would only be a matter of time until something else goes out on it. We ultimately decided to just invest into a new unit with their company. They not only worked with us on the price, but they were super understanding about us not wanting a high monthly payment. When they came out Jay, Eddie, and Tim were very respectable and worked hard to get our unit in on a timely manner. I would 100% recommend their company to anyone that is needing a new AC system or AC work done. I was very satisfied with everything they brought to the table.
