Next Jeff came to our home and he was very polite and engaging, answered the hundred questions we asked and had no problem leaving a quote. We were very impressed about the company at that point simply that everyone we spoke to was very honest and direct.

We interviewed 6 companies but felt more comfortable with Jeff at Desert Diamond so we hired them to replace our old A/C. Next the installers David and Kadence got the job done so quickly we were amazed. They had some challenges with our old home but the workmanship is superb.

Mathew made a quick visit to our home right after installation because there was a fan that was not quite right the way it came from the factory. The team worked together with the challenges and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Man it is nice to deal with a Company that gives such excellent Customer Service. I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

My wife and I are full time Phoenix residents. I selected REEis after talking to neighbor who uses REEis and then talking with the REEis owner about their qualifications. Stephen was sent out to do our spring AC check. He called ahead and told us when he would arrive. We have a Trane AC system and Stephen is a trained Trane service technician. This was one of my selection criteria. I thought he handled himself very professionally and knowledgeably. Stephen was very thorough. I followed him around as he made his checks and I asked questions. Once he made all the manual checks, he connected wifi sensors to the condenser lines and used supply and return air temp sensors on the supply and return air house. With all this, he as able to view the entire AC system parameters in cooling mode. He explained all the results. He made suggesting on using less expensive air filters that would improve system life and reduce energy consumption. REEis is far and away better than C... B..... (small owner) company that I was using. I was very impressed REEis and plan to continue to use them for our HVAC servicing,

10 years in how do we feel about Alien AC? They continue to offer excellent service, they are responsive, and they are reasonably priced. About 5 years ago I decided to price other AC businesses’ services, just to see. I found they either refused to give clear pricing up front or were much more expensive. Alien AC continues to be our informed AC service of choice.

My central unit gave up so called Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company they replaced the unit and also the furnace.

I called Comfort One to perform a routine service on my AC unit as I had not had one done the past 2 years.

Taps was prompt with his arrival, being able to fit me in between previous appointments. Once he arrived, he was quick to get to work on the unit. The whole time he was working on it he was educating me about the different test results and pieces, as well as giving me projected timelines for needed repairs and approximate costs.

Once in the attic, he identified a small issue that he was able to correct on site with no additional charge, and even gave me a quick lesson on how to care and maintain the AC unit, and what warning signs to look for.

The overall service price was in line or cheaper than most other companies I contacted, and was even the same as my home warranty payment, so it seemed a no-brainer to go with Comfort One.

Comfort One went far above my expectations, and not only recommend this local small business, but as a native of Arizona for over 10 years, I am pleased to say that I will continue using Comfort One for all of my needs.

He got my assume solved in a quick amount of time, while also answering my questions about life span of the products and even helping to get me schedule on a water softener I need replaced (who is also coming out today - talk about quick service!).I will absolutely be using Parker and Sons again the future.
