I had an issue with hot water in one of my showers. Wyman sent someone out quickly and resolved the problem. From the phone conversation, we thought it was the cartridges but it turned out just to be a problem with the recirculator. So the repair cost was less than expected! Now that doesn't happen very often.

Shade Adkins, did a great job going over everything in detail in regards to what was going on with my water heater and what was needed to get me back in business. Shade was able to install a new water heater the same day. Great customer service. Even checked other areas of my home to make sure everything was working in order and provided tips to help keep my home operational year round. He would have probably mowed my lawn for me, that's how helpful he was. Five star service.

Logan did an amazing job. He removed our water softener so we could have our garage flooring resurfaced. He cleaned up the old plumbing and removed the soldering replacing it with crimped connections. Looks better than new. He also fixed leaks we had on the water softener.I would highly recommend Logan for all your plumbing needs.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

My Husband James Roth Called the company explain to them whatwas going on with our water heater so they sent Mike out and he was verygood doing his job according to my husband Jim and that takes alot to please my husband so in that case he was happy with Mike and now we have hot water. We have used this company twice now in just over one year. The owner, Ron, is awesome! Ron cleared our clogged kitchen sink drain with ease and at no additional cost when other plumbers were going to charge us extra fees for having to go up on our roof. He came out again to clear a nasty sewer blockage. Both times he quoted us the price over the phone and was able to come to our house within 2 hours of our call. Ron does not try to sell extra services or service plans. He solves the problem and is on his way in no time. We couldn’t be more pleased with Ron and his swift, courteous, and professional service.

We have used alliance for multiple sites for multi housing office workers that answers phones are rude and feels like Inconvenience when I call their field manager or supervisor Ryan it’s very unprofessional with their bids and unorganized I work with a lot of Plumbing and Hvac companies but this By far is the worst one I had to deal with
