Our technician Frank was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond any other ac technician ever did and didn't charge anything extra beyond what we were told when we booked our service. He spent 4 hours at our home looking over every aspect of our ac unit and air handler; checking screws, coils, freon, connections, etc. He improved things that should've been done by the previous companies, and was beyond thorough. Our compressor is dying but not needing immediate replacement as it's still actively cooling our home - but he offered many suggestions as far as which route to go when it is time to replace, and what products are better than others. We will never use another company!!!

Cody helped today to diagnose a rattle, check coolant pressure and provide an estimate for additional attic insulation. Great company!

Third time our family has used this company for our replacement Air conditioning needs. Highly recommend using them. They spent 12 hours non stop replacing our units in the heat, came back first thing the next day to finish. Professional, punctual and trustworthy!

I have been using SG Mechanical for several years to perform annual servicing and this year a repair. The tech has always been helpful when I have any questions and he explains any issues clearly. I have never had him try to sell me additional products or services like some of the other companies do and the prices charged are fair and in writing. I highly recommend SG Mech.

I can’t say enough about this company. Our A/C stopped working two nights ago and our house was heating up quickly. We have 1 year old twins so this situation is a nightmare for us. I contacted Jimmy at 10:30 at night. He got back to me immediately and got me right on his schedule the following day. Bodie was our tech that was available for same day service. He reviewed the issue and provided a reason repair price. Also asked about new faucet install and was also able to repair and install a new basket strainer. Bodie completed the work promptly and efficiently. Now I am happy to have peace of mind knowing I won’t have to worry about the sink leaking again.
