These people are liars and thieves.They steal from their employees and their clients. Don't believe the lack of negative reviews, they pay to have them removed. They used my fiance's licenses and sent a completely unqualified lead plumber to make the money and starved out the good employee. Took jobs he sold and gave them to their Dirty little pet. Paid him nothing to clean up their messes because they don't hire real plumbers and to do personal favors with little to no compensation. Owners are complete NARCISSISTS with everything that comes with the disorder. Everyone in the Valley knows that they started the business with equipment they procured from a previous employer who died. Their plumbers aren't certified for much of anything. They also used his personal account at parts warehouses for his discount WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE. Typical Arizona plumbing company with ZERO integrity. Save yourself money and heartache and avoid these people like the plague.

1st Choice Mechanical is the best air conditioning company we have ever worked with. We had them install a new air conditioner early this year and am now having them maintenance all of our units. They are reliable, reasonable and very professionally. Tim Rhoads and the rest of the team at 1st Choice Mechanical are wonderful! I highly recommend them!

Technician was prompt on appointment time, very nice and courteous, explained some issues with my system without being pushy and cleaned up my unit nicely. He followed Covid protocol, wore a mask and shoe coverings. I have used Night & Day for quite a few years and have never been disappointed in their standards, and honesty/integrity, which is unfortunately not the norm for some companies nowadays. This was my first time using ACE Home Service and I must say I received exceptional service! Tyree was an absolute pleasure! He was patient and very professional. I literally didn’t even know where my water heater was. He was very patient while helping me locate it and explained what happened and why it need to be replaced! He then explained what my options were and gave much needed recommendations. He really made the experience effortless!

Parker & Sons is an amazing company. The technicians are professional, respectful of your home, and won’t leave until it’s right. Tyler and Freddie were awesome technicians who seemed like experts at putting our chandelier, pendant lights, and coach lights outside. We mistakenly believed we could do this ourselves but seeing how hard the Parker and Sons technicians worked to make it perfect and left no stone unturned we will be repeat customers. The price that they charged was worth every penny knowing that my lighting fixtures were installed perfectly! 10/10!

This was the 2nd service for me, this time for just bi-annual maintenance, but last time he saved the day when I arrived home to Phoenix with it as hot inside as it was outside in July.
