i need my ac to be looked at cuz it wasn't cooling corrctly and i had called another company and said we needed a whole new unit over $10k. and when i called them it was just and easy fix cost me less then $5k. Moises was awsome.

Bradley came out on a Sunday evening to help with an AC issue. My AC wasn’t connecting to my thermostat. I was so worried my smart thermostat just junked out on me,I was totally bummed that I would have to pay a service fee for a problem that was unrelated to the issue. Sure enough Bradley checked a few things and then doubled check a few things and realized what the problem was. He fixed my wire, signed me up for a three year service package, and was on his way! I was with one of those “corporate” AC companies that would not even give an option to come out and look at it until the next day! These guys were out in the matter of an hour to fix my problem. Highly recommend.

I used REEis for the first time thru SRP's pre-summer check. The tech,Antonio did a very through check according to the SRP's program's listed items. I was happy, and use them for my other house's pre-summer check. The technician seemed very knowledgeable. He also told me that REEis does not use high pressure sales tactics, will not tell you to buy or do something that you don't need. I'll use them again, they seem to be very reliable, and have good skill technician.

David Mount was my technician. In my 100 year old rental in a historic neighborhood. He fixed three leaks - replacing a valve outdoors and replacing old plumbing in the bath and kitchen. It took him over one full day. Super service ! He called and discussed the problem with me and his boss; had photos to show before and after; very polite and great customer service skills! Give the man a raise! ?

Today was a great experience with Larvell , the technician who came out to do a routine check on our air conditioning units! He was thorough, took his time, and explained everything he saw in terms of the units. Since we have wood floors, I appreciated him taking the time to cover his shoes before entering our house. Goliath Mechanical heating and cooling get an A++++ from me!!

Had my AC unit down in the middle of the summer and Marc S. came by within a few hours to review my current setup and calculate the proper sized AC unit (turns out I was half a ton from ideal). He provided me with an excellent offer that was flexible for me needs and current financial status, and was able to get a crew scheduled for installation the next day! Everything went incredibly smooth, I could not be happier.

We called a day ahead and we’re able to get in next day for routine maintenance. George was prompt, friendly and honest. We enjoyed him and will definitely use him again.

Clay and Rigo got it done! They found time to come out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Even though the unit was older, they were able to find the original replacement part. Now installed, also new capacitor and coolant in line filter and we are up and running again! Cooling seems better than ever. Good guys to work with too!

I was referred to Mountainside Air by a family member. We had not had our AC tuned up for 6 years and it was time. They were very professional and took there time. There were a few things they found and did not pressure us into anything but made there recommendations and with that was a full report for us to make an educated decision.
