Best Air Purification Unit in Phoenix AZ

My property management company issued a work order with APES for my AC unit. Scheduling the service was very easy and I was surprised that they could make it that same day. APES made every effort to get to me sooner than they initially promised, which was surprising, and kept me informed on updated ETA. The tech, Chris, actually did arrive early and was quick to determine the cause of the short-cycling problem my AC was having. I am very impressed with the office staff and technician. 10/10, will recommend.

On a Sunday a special type of circuit breaker went out on main panel. Couldn’t open garage doors.Penguin technician arrived within 1 hour of our call, identified the problem and fixed it.Will definitely use them again.

The plenum fans this company manufactures are superb in several respects. All the bathrooms in my house have a Baikal Mechanical exhaust fan now. I no longer worry about air circulation issues, poor air quality, mold growth, etc. because of these fans. What a great buy!

I've been using Dial One Mears air conditioning and heating service for several years and I'm thoroughly satisfied with their customer service and the technical expertise of their technicians. RJ performed our spring startup service today and true to Dial One Mears form, he left no stone unturned during his inspection and thoroughly briefed us afterward. Thanks to Dial One Mears seasonal services, my wife and I have had no issues with our AC unit. And that says a lot given the brutal heat of Arizona summers. I would definitely recommend their services.

We were very happy with everything from start to finish. In fact, our Trane AC unit came in weeks earlier than expected. Communication has been excellent. I would highly recommend AC & Refrigeration.

B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

We’ve been able to put off full replacement with less costly repairs for the time being. Honest and knowledgeable about what needed to be done so we could decide what we wanted. Many other companies would recommend replacing the unit so they could make more money. I would recommend them to all my friends.

We called Proskill on a Saturday morning as we realized that we did not have any hot water. We knew that the 10 yr old hot water heater (guaranteed to last for 10 yrs) was going to need a replacement and had quite suddenly stopped working.Proskill sent Steven, who was at our home in less than 1 hour. He made the diagnosis that we needed a new system, discussed the options and costs. We agreed it was time to get a new, upgraded system. He drained and removed the old tank and replaced it with an on-demand tankless hot water heater. We also asked him to replace the RO system from 2003, at the same time.The work was efficiently done using high quality appliances.We highly recommend Proskill and Steven.
