Best Air Filtration System in Phoenix AZ

Hobiaca maintains my 2 AC units twice a year. I pay a small amount each month to avoid that larger maintenance fee all at once. I’ve used several other AC services over the last 14 years and they do not compare to Hobiaca. The technicians are always informative, professional and punctual. I highly recommend their services.

Fred, Cesar and Andrew did our install. AZ Perfect system was so accommodating to a current failed HVAC system...they worked with us to find a replacement system and was able to install it the next day. The guys were very professional, informative and got our new units installed and up and running efficiently within the day. Robin, one of the owners, even showed up to check on the progress. We contacted several air conditioning companies to replace duct work in our house. Sometimes duct work is just as important as replacing the air conditioner itself. We were shocked at how many air conditioning companies in the valley refused to do any duct work repair until it was convenient for them in the fall or the winter. Reeis on the other hand knew the importance of bad duct work and came to our rescue immediately. I can be a very negative and critical person. Reeis promptly sent three spectacular technicians and did a spectacular job. They balanced everything and even adjusted the air conditioner while they were here. We are very appreciative.

Chris and his guys really know what there doing. We had them replace 2 split A/C units outside and the attic. Everything went smooth and on time, great job.

On a typical Phoenix summer night of 105 degrees my a/c went out. At about 10 p.m. I sent an email to Comfort One with the hope that they would be able to come out is in a couple of days anyway.
I was pleasantly surprised when at 6 a.m. I received an email and a text that they could be out to see me at 9:30 that morning. I accepted and it came to pass. I've been using Comfort One for a number of years. So many HVAC companies take advantage of the consumer's lack of knowledge and panicked state of mind. Comfort One can be trusted completely. That's why I feel comfortable referring this company to my friends and family.

Howard Air did what they committed to do, and did a top notch job. Out of 3 quotes, they were in the middle for new A/C and gas furnace. However, the scope of work was better defined, and we got a TRANE 4 ton unit. The other 2 companies were brands that I hadn't heard of. The 3 man crew showed up exactly on time, started working, and I don't think they stopped until they got done 7 hrs later. Nice clean setup, answered all my questions, briefed me on the new programmable thermostat. Cleaned up the debris. Never hurried, just very efficient, courteous, and seemed to enjoy what they do. They were great!

I called KJ's Cooling and Heating this morning, they were very friendly when I called AND they had a technician to my home the same day. Brent explained to me what had happened with my a/c unit and was able to fix it the same day. I am finally with A/C again!!! The service was great, the price was reasonable. I was helping a friend with his home inspection. AC was recommended to be looked at. Zeke went out and gave me the honest truth about the AC unit. Seller, went to check with their trusted source and they stated B3 Refrigeration was correct. That gave our buyer the upper hand. I will be using them from now on
