I was thinking of how best to describe the exceptional service which Anthony provided me. I guess the only way is to state out in public that Anthony is the gold standard by which all other service men and women are to be judged.

His uniform was clean and spotless, he was smiling, friendly and very helpful with tips and suggestions and never tried to make me feel like I was forced to do things his way.

He was very neat and clean and I was so impressed by his work and attitude that I will be using Anthony's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing service.

This business is amazing! I live four hours away but got a call about a leaky pipe at one of my properties in Phoenix. Everything from my first call to them to them actually fixing everything I needed was a great experience. They have such great customer service and they were super professional during the whole experience. They are actual heroes, I will definitely be using them again!

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

Have been a Donley customer for over 12 years. Recently had Donley renew service agreement on home air conditioner and consult on other plumbing issues. As to be expected the service was timely, professional and honest.

I never leave reviews. Brand new home build, 4 months old today. This company has been out to my house 5 plus times for the same problem and dont fix the root cause. My ac goes out nearly every single day. they replaced the ac compressor, had to get them back out to my house due to them not putting enough freon in the system, then telling me its normal for the ac not to cool under 76 in 110 degree weather. After correcting the freon, about 2 weeks later the unit started to shake and shut down again. The company comes out and finds the ducking was not wrapped correctly due to the last tech not putting it back together as it was. Then says nothing wrongs. Happened again the next day. Argue with them on the phone. So they blocked me from using them. Have to go through the builder. They also tried to get out of their obligation for warranty. Not to mention this has been happening as soon as i started using the ac system. The texhs are nice, the hr and Adam are aweful, careless, unprofessional people. The manager would not even talk to me (adam). Bottom line guys, when you need these guys to stand by their work and product they will make it difficult for you. Make excuses. And call you crazy. I even provided a video of the unit failing. Its the middle of the summer in Arizona. I have animals that cant handle the heat. If you like what you hear i would say these guys are perfect, but if you want better service i would say go elsewhere

A lateral sewer clog produced a backlog, which I discovered early. On a Saturday afternoon, though, there are no toilets, showers, or basins. Because it was an emergency, I called these men solely on the basis of web reviews. The staff arrived in less than an hour, provided a fair and affordable quotation, and then completed the work. Recommended!!

Excellent communication and work; we have used them to update our electrical system (including installing a new subpanel), replace a worn out A/C unit with an efficient, very quiet mini-split system, install a garbage disposal, and install an outdoor ceiling fan. Very efficient work is performed and all is running smoothly. They are starting on remodeling our bathroom. We highly recommend the company.

I bought an AC unit from Ace a year ago. I know the guy that came out at that time was VERY pushy on the sale and I was the dumb one who fell for it. $8000 later I'm left with only a 2 year tune-up agreement and 10 year warranty. They also do not replace duct work like other companies do and I believe it's because they want more money from you later when they come back to service the unit. Just had my ac serviced after 3 missed scheduled appointments with no call and was RECOMMENDED to have them clean my duct work and clean my 1 year old coils in the attic which was quoted $760 for all of it and that was with a MANAGERS discount. I'm not able to have another company come and clean anything on my ac because it will void the 10 year warranty. Not happy compared to others who have used other companies. Do a lot of research before you choose Ace...there are a lot of other companies that back their product and offer a lot more than Ace does. I believe that Ace is all about the money. Desert heating and air is the one to go with...they offer a lot more!3/18/19 UpdateAfter a scheduled checkup I was notified the day of a couple hours before that they were not going to make it, which I had taken off work to be at my house. I had to reschedule. Today they came out and already I was told something had to be replaced (its only 2 years old). I was charged nothing because I made one smart choice and that was to get the extended warranty. After looking over the invoice it says nothing about replacing anything. Also after closer inspection there was alot of stuff that was marked that wasnt even checked. My air handler was never checked and they even put a false picture on the invoice of my air handler. You have to access my air handler from inside my house which was never done.
