My first experience with this repair company was really great! Barrett fixed the issue, tested it, explained next steps and got me in touch with restoration right away. All handled same day, which is a big deal as I can’t always get the time off from work or arrange work from home to do these things.

Service man ,Ideal, came on time, was kind and friendly, explained everything including showing me photos of his work! Outstanding! Due to his efforts we signed up to continue our membership!

I purchased 2 new AC Units at the end of March. When the summer hit in June they started blowing hot air. I called their office and they said someone would be out the next day. No one showed, I called at 11:00, 3:00, 7:00 and 9:00 and each time was told that I was on their schedule for that day. I called the next morning and was assured someone would be there then (The day after I took off work so I could be there). When he got there he say the coolant was leaking. I was told that the office would call me to have someone come out and do a leak check and fix the problem. No one called-less than a week later the units started blowing hot air again. I called to get someone out to fix the problem (that was on a Friday) they stated that their technicians could not get out till Tuesday but they could get someone out Saturday to re-charge the unit. Come Tuesday, again, no-one showed up. I got a call at 2:30 for them to inform me that they were too busy to make it to my house. Then they re-scheduled for Thursday. Then this morning, the person who came out to my house to fix my issues was there to work on the ducts. He told me he was not there to touch the units, and that is handled by a different department. I told him to call his manager and to get someone out to fix the units, because if the units are blowing hot air then it makes no sense just to fix the ducts to increase air flow to 3 vents downstairs. Then he left. In full transparency, I did speak harshly. I then called the office to speak with a service manager to get someone else out there to actually fix my units, and was told they were all in a meeting and couldn't take my call. Do yourself a favor and don't use these guys. I am not upset because the units have issues that need to be fixed, I am angry because this has been going on for 3 weeks in 115 degree heat and my issues are not important enough for someone to come out to my house to fix the leak on the system they installed.

Travis my tech. did great work was on time and was professional was very pleased. I would recommend them.

I highly recommend North Valley Mechanical for HVAC service. The first company the home warranty assigned said they could not get to the property for four days! I called the home warranty to have the work order reassigned. I could not wait that long because the tenants had small children. I called North Valley and they were able to get someone out the same day which is incredible. The problem was minor (a broken wire) so it was fixed right away. I really liked the report, pictures of the label on the HVAC unit and the tech included the age of the unit. I know the home warranties don't pay much so I appreciate North Valley making this repair a priority. From the office staff to the technicians the service was excellent.

When our home warranty company told us it would be 9 days to get a A/C tech out I called Sun Devil! They had someone out in one day and fixed our unit within an hour. This company is great. I'm a local realtor and have been through many different ac companies in the past. Up until now, I have not found one that I would use again. 99% of all my deals (purchasing or listing) need some sort of HVAC service. Cactus was able to schedule a repair with the current owner within the inspection period. Both parties were happy and the deal was not delayed. We were able to close on time with no hiccups. Sako was awesome! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I like that he had a tablet and was able to show me a few things that needed to b replaced on my HVAC system. Pictures make all the difference. He explained in detail what needed to be replaced while still under warranty.He made a great impression when he first came into my home. Our nearly 20 year old AC unit died. I remembered seeing a King Mechanical truck in our neighborhood and talking to the owner, who was happy with their equipment and work, so I called. I spoke directly with Frank, the owner, who helped me determine what kind of unit I needed and whether it would be cost effective to upgrade to a higher efficiency unit. The heat was miserable in the house, but Frank and crew were onsite at 8:30am the next morning, and he assured me we won't leave until it's working. They finished a difficult install (unit in the attic and outside unit difficult to remove) at 7:30 pm and we had cooling once again. The price was reasonable for good equipment with a good warranty. They guys were hard working, clean, cheerful, and professional. I would use KIng Mechanical again, and recommend them to you for your heating/AC needs.

I was visiting my aunt in Glendale Arizona and Temperature Pro was there fixing her AC. They were very respectful and timely. Aunt and I were very pleased with the experience. Would recommend.

When it gets cold, not MidWest/Northwestern cold, just 30 degrees, it gives up the ghost & we have to use space heaters.
They're still rude & sloppy, & I'm not a liar.
- Right after installation I would have given JustAir 5 stars for my full HVAC system replacement, since the A/C & heat both seemed to work and they cleaned up after themselves in the living space of my house before they left, & the cost of the installation was very reasonable & was an upgrade to my existing system.
- That dropped to 4 stars that night when I tried to watch TV in the house & discovered the cable was out on all my indoor TVs (with cables running through attic), vs. the working TV on my back porch (not through attic).
- That dropped to 3 stars when I went up into the attic to investigate the failure, discovering debris left strewn about & displaced insulation throughout the attic.
- That dropped to 2 stars when they returned to address my customer satisfaction issues but denied any possibility of their responsibility for knocking out the cable or displacing insulation, & refused to go in attic to investigate either issue & saying I was trying to blame them for all the problems in my attic (even though they're the only ones other than me that have been up there in at least 2 years), then stomped off yelling that I'm the type of customer that could never be satisfied & drove away.
-That should have dropped to 1 star the very next day after a service call by Cox cable co., during which the technician identified a broken pin in the incoming cable & traumatized outgoing cable from the splitter directly adjacent to the air handler they installed, which leads to the opposite side of house controlling all 3 malfunctioning TVs.
- I kept it at 2 stars, because I know that finding & solving that problem was beyond JustAir's capability, but the evidence of the damage & the timeliness of the house-wide malfunction confirms that JustAir caused the problem.
- I wasn't trying to get anything free or at a discount, I just wanted my life back to the way it was before JustAir came into my house.

UPDATE: The owner of JustAir was the rude one. He understated everything in his response. There were 2 long lengths of PVC still containing stagnant water from the old system, and the bag of trash is what I gathered myself strewn all throughout the attic picking up sheet metal, zip ties, wiring, insulation scraps, 2x4s with nails sticking out, etc. (per pic.). I have accused them of breaking my cable, and Cox cable co. verified that they did. Yes, stuff happens, but they should take responsibility for it instead of using denial as their 1st line of defense and default customer service.
