This is the second time I have used them, and I would use them again if needed. They are very responsive and they sent somebody out to my house the same day I talked to them. Nixa called me when she was on her way, troubleshot it in about three minutes, went to the truck, got the part, and installed it. Aaron with Goettl arrived promptly and was able to diagnose our problem within minutes and was very professional. After being presented with all options, we decided on having a new unit installed and we’re pleasantly surprised to learn that it would be same day. Highly recommended.

Best company! Quality, value responsiveness and punctuality are tops! But they shine with professionalism. Had a new A/C unit put in, it is fabulous. Had a problem syncing WiFi thermostat. The problem was with my router. They worked with me to fix it. I have recommended 1st Choice to a friend who has since had a new unit installed by them and is thrilled. AND while they were at my house a neighbor came over to inquire about their company.
You will not be disappointed. They are top notch!

I wish my experience was the same. I am going on 10 days with a broken ac and the company has become MIA and not filling their report as required. They have not reached out to complete repairs.

We have used Sun Devil Heating & Cooling multiple times and it has always been a great experience! We had another company come twice to fix our A/C and it stopped working both times within a couple days. The old AC was from a different company I always had issues with it and they were never willing to come take a look at it, they continued to make silly excuses for the next 6 months. I got fed up with it and looked for a different company Kind Mechanical was able to book me an appointment and come take a look at it that same day !! Frank himself was the one who assigned me to Ayax who took a look at my AC and replaced it that night. I’m in love with it now everything was so neat and organized ! It’s so crazy that this company had such had workers!

Anthony was the person who helped me out today, he was amazing, friendly and super helpful! He even cut down my tree branches which he didn't have to but he did it just to help me out! Was a amazing guy! Would recommend him and this company to help you.
