On a hot summer night in Phoenix, my air went out. I called several companies that claimed to offer 24/7 service. Penguin Air was the only company that actually got a technician to me. Steve was amazing. He explained everything to me clearly and sent me a detailed email follow-up for me to provide to the company that held my warranty. He was sympathetic and knowledgeable. I am due for a new unit this year, and I will definitely be consulting Penguin Air for my future needs. Thank you Steve!

Desert Diamond Mechanical recently visited my home on an emergency visit. Our technician Ryan, was professional, friendly and a joy to work with. They responded within an hour of our after hours emergency visit request. We had been waiting weeks for a call back from another company to perform a tune-up and energy audit. Then, inevitably, we had an A/C system failure. Not only did Ryan get my systems back up quickly and effectively, but he discussed the importance of regular maintenance. The most I had ever really done was washed off the A/C coils.

After reading other reviews, I decided to sign up right then and there for Desert Diamonds maintenance program. Given the high quality work I received during off-hours. I'm looking forward to working with this company more. Hopefully, I'll get around to scheduling that energy audit soon(now with Desert Diamond since the other company apparently doesn't want my business). Thanks so much for keeping us cool!

My A/C stopped working on a Saturday afternoon in July and my Dad recommended Expert HVAC and I am so glad I called them. Mark showed up pretty quickly and put in a new part and had it working in no time. Mark is extremely polite, friendly and very knowledgeable in fixing air conditioners. He also is very friendly with dogs which is always a great bonus! Their prices seem very competitive and I definitely will call them in the future and highly recommend them.

Just had a complete new a/c unit installed by Marcus, Alton, and Ryan. These guys did amazing, very respectful, and kept us informed of everything going on. We also had another crew come in and do a complete vent cleaning/sanitizing at the same time, and with all the Goettl team in here, it went seemless and professional. Been using their services for year and will continue to for years to come.

The worker that arrived Zachary Nyquist was professional and very helpful. He cleaned out the heating unit very well and I don't think it had ever been cleaned at all and we are ther original owners! He showed me before and after pictures and we did a preventitive maintenance repair. I would recommend this company.

Amazing experience! My A/C went out on a Saturday with temps above 110 degrees. Just Air was there to fix it in less than an hour! They were able to send out a technician on a Saturday in less than an hour! The technician was polite, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. Quick to schedule! Raymond came to fix our leaking aai conditioner unit and found the issue straight away. Did a great job with the fix, so far working great. Was super nice, courteous and seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Would totally recommend.
