AC quit working Monday evening, called Penguin because they are locally owned and had good reviews.Next Morning, Jimmy and Krishna came by. Showed me what was wrong with the unit and gave me a couple options on how they could fix it.They were done in a few hours and it's working like new.Things i liked:Penguin sent me a picture of Jimmy so i knew who was coming to the doorI asked the trainee why he chose Or Guin to work at and he said he heard they treat their employees well.I liked that they are locally owned.Guys were presentable, truck was clean.They explained what they were doing throughout the process.Had all the stuff they needed to fix the problems.Happy that i called Penguin to fix my air-conditioner .

OMG. Ryan is amazing. Please promote this guy. He dramatically reduced my stress level. My gas furnace was setup wrong and overheating like crazy. I was afraid the house was going to burn down. Called the emergency hotline and Ryan called me back. From the second I heard his voice, I knew I was in great hands, and I was right.

We've used NVM for many years. Service, and customer service, are always excellent.

The technician investigated the issue with the HVAC and he very polite and honest, seeing how the issue was discovered on a Saturday, the part was warranty covered. He returned on Monday once he was able to pick up the part and had the HVAC operating .

Adam was very knowledgeable, courteous, informative and professional on a number of different topics that came up during our drain inspection/cleaning. He provided very helpful advice for safe/effective maintenance throughout our home’s plumbing for current and future projects soon to be started. I greatly appreciated the time he took explaining the detailed scope of each project I had expressed concern about.

What a great company. I scheduled online, they called within a half hour to make sure they had all my information. Very friendly. The day of service they called, were here quickly, Ricky checked my system, found some major conditions. He worked with me too find the solution that worked for me. Did the job in a timely manner. I was grateful that we had an over cast day as I felt bad he had to work in the heat of the day. Ricky got me on the maintenance plan so I can avoid any more situations as I did today. The team was on time and very efficient. After the work was completed, I was provided a thorough report on everything that was done and a follow up call to touch base. It is really great to receive that amount of communication and information so we know the exact status of our equipment.

I've only had one interaction with them, but it was a pleasurable one. They showed on time, assessed the problem, told me what fix was required and told me pricing. I'm military and they also proactivelynoffered a military discount (I was in uniform getting ready to leave for work). After giving pricing, then offered a 3 year service plan, which they would come out and service the AC unit twice a year, which I happily accepted. They made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I trust them, and telling by all of the other positive reviews, I can be confident in this feeling. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service.
