As always, Hays is amazing! Our techs are consistently friendly and professional. The service is consistently on point and they are fair. We are very pleased with Hays and so happy we chose to go with them for our AC needs.

We had Nathan W. come out to give a second opinion for the problem we were having with our cooling and were more than impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and most importantly, honesty. He provided a solution that the original company never even suggested, and it worked! He saved us a ton of money and solved our problem without requiring a full system replacement, but still explained to us why we SHOULD look at getting it done without being pushy or upselling. We will be asking specifically for Nathan W. for all our HVAC needs going forward.

WHAT A RIPOFF!!!
I'M A SENIOR AND ALL I NEEDED WAS AN ADJUSTMENT TO MY FLUSH HANDLE (IT WAS GETTING HUNG UP) ON MY TOILET TANK WHICH IS A NO BRAINER, OR SO I THOUGHT. WHEN I GOT THE BILL I WAS SHOCKED; THEY CHARGED ME $223.69 PLUS $69 TRIP CHARGE FOR A TOTAL OF $292.69 JUST TO REPLACE A FRICKEN FLUSH LEVER WORTH $2.99. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL, I ASKED TO HAVE THE GUTS INSIDE MY OTHER TOILET TANK TO BE REPLACED (SHOULD TAKE 40 minutes) AND THEY QUOTED ME OVER $500 ! LIKE I SAID, WHAT A RIPOFF. I'VE USED THEM BEFORE BUT WILL NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN (EVEN THOUGH THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT!). SENIORS BEWARE, THEY THINK THEY HAVE YOU OVER A BARREL.... JUST TELL THEM TO TAKE A HIKE AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

Very please with prompt service. The a/c started with a noise last night and turned it off to prevent further damage. Called @ 8am NVM; service was scheduled in the p.m. A welcome surprise....NVM tech Anthony Trejo @ 10:40am was able to come earlier than scheduled and made repairs. Very happy with his service and now have a/c back...yeah.After my prior review, same a/c unit failed due to a dif. issue. Instead, of continuing to repair a 19yo unit, we decided to replace the unit. (Especially, after NVM offered credit to a new unit from servicing old unit.) Also, our roof needed to be recoated, so the timing worked well.For years, formerly a customer of Frank Bristyan a/c co., now he works for NVM. As always, Frank ensures he understands the needs of his customers and ensures satisfaction. He explain our choices of new a/c and was able to recommend roofers. He coordinated the schedule with the roofers to service the roof when the old/new units were removed/installed.Also, the NVM installer tech. Chris, (formerly an employer of Frank Bristyan a/c co. and now, also, works for NVM) is very knowledgeable, professional, and ensure his customers are satisfied. He ensured all our needs were met before he left the site.Very grateful to all involved who worked this combined project without difficulty. Very much appreciate good and prompt communication. Technician Ryan is very informative and easy to work with. This is the second time I have used Ryan for A/C tune-up and repair though at two different houses. He is trustworthy and won't try to up sell services or items you don't need. I will continue to use him for any future issues that may come and wouldn't hesitate to refer him and this company to family and/or friends.

The guy said that the water turn off valves were frozen, after spaying with a nut buster spray I was able to turn them off. I can't believe they don't run across this regularly. So the drain was unclogged but was not recommended to put back together without some up-sells. So I'm fixing it this weekend. Also left a mess in my bathroom.

Francisco provided several reasonable options to replace our two Heat Pump/AC units. Once we decided on a brand the King Mechanical crew scheduled the replace according to our schedule. They were excellent in communicating when they would start and how the process would work (crew would come out and remove old units - replacement units would show up later in the day to be installed).

Francisco and his crew were courteous, polite, and were very good at cleaning up after themselves.

I appreciate that King Mechanical fills out and sends the warranty, rather than having to complete the registration myself.

I would highly recommend King Mechanical for a fair priced bid, expedient installation, and overall great experience.

From start to finish all that were involved were very personable and seemed to take pride in there work. Sam the owner is very transparent with exactly what they are going to do for you. The installers Josh, Juan, and David did a great job. They made sure to protect and respect my property while in site and made sure to clean everything up as if they were never there. Great experience over all.
