Walked out to my garage & found water coming from the water heater. I called Hays & Stacia answered. She got me connected with Nick who called me personally. Sent him a pic, he walked me through to do a quick fix, & it worked. I was able to avoid an emergency call tonight, but I know I will need a water heater soon, & this is the company that I am going with. They were amazing! The call was made late at night (9p on the Friday of a three day weekend!). They communicated that the plumber was at another job and my house was next. He called me on his way to let me know he needed gas and would be late - I love communication so that was awesome. Seth explained to me everything he was doing, even when he had to call the property owner and explain what was going on at 1am! He got the problem fixed for me- completely fixed! even after I said I would be content with water not spraying all over my bathroom for the night and finished up at 2am. He even got the shop vac out so I didn’t have to keep using towels to dry up all of the water everywhere. Seth was professional, nice and good humored even at 2am! Thank you so much!

I can see now why Hobaica has great reviews online. Their service and professionalism is second to none, and they have a wonderful and knowledgeable staff.
First, Amer came to my house when my AC unit stopped working. He was super kind and professional. He kindly informed me that my unit was 49 years old and was a safety hazard due to bad wiring and other severe issues. He highly suggested that I replace the unit because of the age and safety issues and any repair done to it would be temporary and delaying the inevitable. He promptly put a call in to get an expert to come to my house.
Simon showed up the same day to discuss solutions to my problem. He talked about my options for what is best for me after he inspected my ducting in the attic and looked at the unit on the roof. He was a great listener for my needs and he suggested a 3 ton unit for my house and we discussed financing options. I went with a Lennox brand unit, it came with a 10 year warranty.
A few days go by and a week before installation, I received a phone call from Simon. He informed me that the unit that we agreed on was no longer in stock. He said that Hobaica, because of the situation, will upgrade me to a unit that has a better warranty for NO COST! Fantastic! It is a Daikin AC unit with a 12 year warranty, instead of 10 year for the Lennox.
For the day of installation, Giovanni and Troy show up to my house exactly when they were scheduled to. They introduce themselves and told me exactly what was going to happen during the installation. They both were very polite and answered any questions I had. Also, I have dogs that are very vocal about people they don't know. I asked them to text me when they need to enter the house to do anything and they kindly accommodated me so I could put the dogs into the backyard for them. They were very thorough about picking up after themselves and they left no trash behind, which is nice.
I highly recommend Hobaica. Thank you guys for keeping my house cool!

Nixa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly and informative. She explained everything that was going on and made recommendations for future items that need to be addressed as well as fixing the issue we had today. She was also extremely patient with our 4 year old who kept interrupting with questions as well. Nixa is who we will request for all future services.

One of the best companies I have dealt with! Always great customer service, usually get someone out within in 24 to 48hrs depending on situation. Cost is not too damaging to the wallet. Woukd definitely recommend to family and friends.

I had my brand new air conditioner go out and King Mechanical. Came out with in 4 hours and found the problem. A roof rat had eaten thru the wiring. King Mechanical found the traces of a rat. They repaired the chewed up wires, and i bought a trap. End of problem. Thank you so much Francisco and guys for acting so fast on this.

I cannot say enough about The Four guys that I had the pleasure of having them replace my AC unit. Mike, Josh, Juan and Aaron were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and installation of my AC.
