Best Air Conditioning Heating in Phoenix AZ

Had them out to bid on some MINOR repairs on an investment property that I own. Tenant complained of leaking sinks, a toilet not flushing properly and needing new washer/dryer valves. They proposed a bid of almost $2,900.00 to essentially overhaul everything. INSANE. Needless to say i did not choose this bid.

Our water heater was leaking so we called to have a new one put in. They sent Jair Ramirez out to install it and he did an awesome job and added things that was not installed on the old one, it will improve performance in the long run. He took the time to pass on his expertise and explained my options in detail. The final cost was lower than competitors who offered so called discounts. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family needing any a/c service.

Alin did a GREAT job repairing our heating unit. He read results of another visit, figured out the problem, and fixed it. He then waited more than 30 minutes to ensure that it was fully functional. These guys run the best HVAC company that I've come across. We got 4 different quotes from other companies, and they were the best priced, but also the most easy going, non-scummy salesman type people. We agreed to do the full condenser/handler install and it was done the next day, and a mini split in the garage. Seriously awesome company.

Faster than a speeding bullet ... more reasonable than most competitors ... able to fix homeowner-error-created problems in a single bound. Called them at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. Service tech was here and gone by 5:05. They even fixed a second problem I didn't know I had. Terrific service!!!

Fred is the best! This is our new a/c company! First hot day & when we flipped to a/c our units were blowing heat. He figured out the problem was our thermostat and NOT our system. Suggested we buy an Ecobee to replace our Nest thermostats. Gave my husband a few tips before he left & hubby installed that afternoon. Didnt try to up sell or overcharge. Love this company!
