Promise was amazing. I knew I needed to replace my AC system. I got several quotes. Promise asked the most questions, clearly made that extra effort to understand our needs, they explained their bid very thoroughly. Were fair and competitive in their bid. We chose them because you’re not just buying an AC, it’s years of service, it’s who do you trust to show up and take care of you?
On the install day they were on time, in uniform, everyone was clean, courteous, professional, and The whole thing went very well, smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves. We are super happy with them, great team, great value, great people. Solid equipment with great warranty. Friendly and fair. What else can you ask for?

Super disappointed that this company blew off our work order placed through our home warranty. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I called several places to come and check my A/C. This company was professional on the phone and they got a technician to come quickly. I have an Airbnb with guests staying there. It was important to get it fixed quickly. Adam came out and was great. It turned out it was a simple fix. He could have found something much more expensive that was wrong but he was honest and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call Adam again to fix our other properties when we need an A/C repaired.

We have used and recommended SG Mechanical for years. Today, when we woke up to a warm house and temps were expected over 100 degrees with one call SG was at our house by early afternoon. Andy quickly assessed and repaired our system. Andy and all his team are very friendly and professional. If you have HVAC issues or just need regular maintenance give SG a call!

I have a vip plan with Collins Comfort Master. They were unable to assist me with my plumbing issues. Day & night were very accommodating and incredibly responsive. Fixed the sewer line issue and came in $1000 less than their original quote.

Just Air was on the SRP list for A/C checkup and I have continued to use them for two years now.
They are very professional and thorough when explaining repairs. I cannot see on my roof but I trust them and feel confident in recommending them.

As if their name and logo weren't awesome enough! These guys are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! They came to my home today to conduct an audit/inspection for SRP (yes, they were vetted by SRP and APS) and they were just out of this world! (See what I did there?) Not only did they move their schedule around to accomodate me, they showed up on time, with huge smiles on their faces (THANK YOU ROBERT AND CHRIS!) and came with a humongous wealth of knowledge. I know absolutely NOTHING about energy efficiency, HVAC units, insultation, duct work/returns... ad infinitum... They explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand, and then were kind enough to wait around for my fella to get home so they could explain everything to him as well when I said, I know I am going to screw up everything you are saying... They are just kind, honest and hardworking and I could not be more grateful! I will always and forever use them for all of my AC/duct work/energy efficiency quests and I will always refer them to my friends and family. Finding honest, hardworking, affordable companies in this day and age is usually an exercise in futility. Especially in the home repair arena. We have discovered finding honest repair men is TOUGH. I hope this review helps those that are in our position, wherein everything in the home we bought last November needs fixed/repaired/replaced. Billy Easley came to service our heat pump which was installed last year. To say that he is knowledgeable and professional is an understatement. He took his time and in our opinion was very thorough. We've had Billy for AC issues in the past and we could give him all the same praise. A 5 star for sure.

This hot water heater was installed 3 yrs and 1 month ago and it started leaking. Contacted Parker and Sons and they came out the next day. The technician Saul was very respectful and professional in his service. He answered all our questions and called supervisor when he didn't know the answer. The big issue I have is that the water hear itself was covered but the labor was not. This labor cost was almost $800 and he was working on it for 4 hours. How can Parker and Sons feel good about charging $200 an hour for labor?? The water heater alone only cost $800 at Home Depot. Thank you Saul but I will never buy anything else from Parker and Sons and will contact Costco about this as I purchased this water heater through them. Absolutely a rip off for labor.
