I have been happy with the communication of Jimmy and Landon. Landon did some plumbing work for us today and he did a great job!! Jimmy took some measurements for our new AC system and ductwork that will be done soon. Jimmy has been very helpful with this process.

He was so very nice and professional, he looked at everything kept us updated every turn and let us know our options before doing anything. He had all the necessary parts with him which was amazing so we didn’t have to make another appointment!
He was quick and even helped hooking up our nest thermostat and made sure it worked before he left, even went that extra mile to change the filters.
I would recommend them especially this technician again!

I am soooo impressed! John arrived when he said he would, knew exactly what was wrong with our a/c unit, pulled the part off the truck and had it working in about 10 minutes! Very courteous, knowledgable, and honest - 3 must haves in an air conditioning repair company. I highly recommend Valley's Best and will definitely contact them again for any a/c problems.
