Awesome company. We'd worked with Eric before with very satisfactory results, so were very happy to see him again this time. Our issue was a lot bigger this year, requiring permits and some conversation with the City. This project could have been a total nightmare, but Brandon had my back and made sure that I came out golden. Eric and Anthony were courteous, clean, smelled good, and DID A GREAT JOB FROM BEGINNING TO END! Even the City inspector mentioned that Anthony's Plumbing always did exceptional work, which impressed me even more, but I didn't need that. I already knew that no matter what the plumbing issue I'd encounter in the future, Anthony's would be who I'd call. Thanks to the whole team, including Alyssa in the office, for making our lives as simple as possible, and doing it for such an amazing price. HUGE THANKS!

Had a simple plumbing problem, boy was I wrong. Called and talked to Martha and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. Abdiel and John showed up and introduced themselves and quickly went to assess the situation. After a few minutes they said that they had to come back Monday. Monday arrives, Abdiel came early, very professional and polite and got busy right away. After a little while he came in with the news, he spoke directly to the landlord and informed him what was going on. Hero Home Service will be the first people I call for plumbing or AC work, they are truly a 5 star company. Don't settle for anyone else because in all honesty you get what you pay for and Hero Home Service has great prices and amazing technicians and office people.

Jorge Prieto-Moran was professional, polite, and prepared to address our plumbing needs this evening. His gentle kindness and patience to help us understand what was wrong and to repair the problem was so welcome. Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.
