Best A/C Unit in Phoenix AZ

Anthony Mata came out to a new property that we are renting for a water heater replacement. He called me before hand to update me and was on time and was able to come out much quicker than expected. He was very professional, replaced all of our components with new ones, and did a very clean and well done install. He was nice and even the owner of A.P.E.S. personally came out because I had told anthony the wrong size water heater and delivered it. Great company, and great performance.

Mike was great! Very personable and professional. They were true to the 5 star ratings that they have been receiving. Fair prices and we're able to install the air scrubber that I've been wanting for a while cheaper than other companies. Very honest too! I've already referred to friends.

Elmer was by serviceman and he was exceptional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Answered questions I had about my thermostat and when going in and out of the attic he did not leave a mess. Polite and very knowledgeable.

Grayson was professional, thorough, and exceptionally polite. He documented the work well, identified the problem quickly, and provided options for resolution. Outstanding service; I've had Hobaica service both my AC and furnace and I've always been very satisfied with both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff, both over the phone and onsite.

I was referred to North Valley Mechanical by two different people who had used this company for years for various services. I was very pleased with the sales rep Jim Reed who came out the next day and gave me a quote in under an hour. He has been in the business a long time and knows his products well. NVM does not use any of that high pressure sales tactics used by many others.A recommendation by a satisfied customer tells me everything I needed to know. Don't waste your valuable time with those other OVER priced high pressure AC companies that churn out those dumb downed radio commercials and hand out cheap China made junk. North Valley Mechanical did an excellent job installing the American Standard AC unit. The service personnel were very polite, professional and did a great job on cleaning up everything after the install. My new AC unit looks and works awesome!

Installer was by himself because coworker was ill. Still got the job done in a timely matter by himself and didn’t cut corners. Did an excellent job. Scheduler, estimator and installer all first class. Highly recommended

Mark came out today to service my unit. Within the 1st minute had asked for a vacuum and cleaned my vent that i hadn't been able to reach. He was very professional informative and quick. He also made 2 new furry friends while here. My experience was great and I'd reccomend Expert Hvac to anyone.

Technician was friendly and informative. Went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us figure out next steps for our unit. 10/10 service. 10/10 employee.

Dylon the plumber came out to do a repair and flood prevention- he was absolutely amazing and helpful. Really took the time to explain everything, and stayed involved the whole way through the project. Also worked with Mark, who saved the day in a rough patch, and other lovely folks whose names I didn’t write down (boo!)

My house is old and has the strangest configurations on just about everything- the whole team came together to get everything done. Even when I got frustrated (and snippier than I should have been), they were nothing but professional, friendly, and helpful.

These guys are pros through and through - I wouldn’t work with anyone else for HVAC / plumbing.

I had several big name AC companies come to my house and seriously up charge the cost of parts. Chas Roberts wanted $1000 for parts I was able to get for $206. I tried 1st Choice Mechanical based on a friend’s referral. What a difference in service. Mike Rhoades and his son Tim came to my house. They were very friendly, honest and personable, they fixed my issues for a very fair price without trying to sell me new units or anything else I didn’t need. I will only use them in the future and will highly recommend to my family and friends!

Not only do these guys offer great products but they have exemplary service as well. I've called them several times for help with my Mitsubishi mini split ACs. All but one time they were able to help me out over the phone for free. They are kind, caring small business owners. I highly recommend them!

Our old AC- Furnace died. There were some problems with the correct tonnage ordered by our home warranty company. People can praise great service when everything goes without a hitch. The real proof is how they respond to problems. Chase managed to get the correct unit for installation the next day! And brought us a great heater to keep our house warm yesterday and last night. They are indeed the Best!

I would highly recommend Sun Devil. They did a quality installation for a fair price. They were prompt, efficient and kept the job site tidy. Scheduling was easy. I experienced the same qualities with my first service. I heard a noise that didn't sound right. Michael checked the system over found the source of the noise and fixed it. Great team!

I have used Four Seasons for the past 3 years. They are truly the best AC company out there. The communication is exceptional from there dispatch. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable, takes time to explain findings and how they are going to proceed.

I had a great experience with SG Mechanical.  For starters, the service technician, Patrick, that came out to inspect my unit was very friendly and explained everything in detail and in a way I was able to understand. Great customer service!!

Unfortunately, I needed a new AC unit.

Figuring it all out now.... Andy and Leah answered every question I had about AC sizes, pricing, financing in detailed and in a timely manner.  They made it seamless! Thank God!!!   That's a headache I didn't have to worry about!

Then came installation day!! Mark and Zach did an exceptional job while installing my new AC unit.  They were clean, professional, courteous and informative on every aspect of the job.  They even helped tweak one of my vents to get more airflow in a rear room!

Day&Night replaced my heat pump system back in 2014. I have utilized their A/C and plumbing services since then. They are always responsive and professional. I had my system maintenance scheduled today. Tim, the technician, was no different. He was professional and courteous. We have been using Just Air since we bought our house in 2010. They have always been professional, punctual, and great at what they do. I have absolutely no complaints and I recommend them to everyone. We just had to replace our air conditioner and the whole transaction and instillation was fast, painless, and when they left everything was clean and looked like it did before they came. Thank you Just Air for being a company we can trust!

We had a very good experience. The service tech John was on time, diagnosed the problem, had the two pars required for the repair on his truck, completed the work and was on his way. Price seemed fair, but most of all we were pleased that within a few hours after our call to Christina in the office on Monday morning, the unit was up and running again. We would recommend Scottsdale Air Conditioning and Heating.
