Shifty, shady, misleading and predators. All great words to describe this company. They tell you one thing and do another. They inflate the prices of their products to compensate for the home warranty discounts and their discounts. After comparing prices they were over $3000 HIGHER on the units they use versus comparable units. I fell victim to a bait-and-switch and price gouging scam by this company, specifically their tech Richard and service manager Brandon. They take advantage of the fact that most of us are not HVAC techs and need to rely 100% on what they are telling us. They use our lack of knowledge to their advantage and then scam you.If you have a home warranty company and this name comes up, demand someone else. The home warrant company will ALWAYS side with the companies that they are forcing us to use, ALWAYS. We have no say in who fixes our issues and most of the companies work only with home warranty companies because they know they can get away with almost anything. This time I put my foot down. Just be warned about Crispy Air and Heating.

Our technician, Mike was extremely helpful. He went well beyond normal servicing duties. The most impressive part of his service was the extent he took to complete a thorough evaluation and personal time he took to give us a complete assessment of our HVAC unit. We were able to get a clear picture of a system we found complicated. He helped us make sense of our situation and we are very grateful!

I have used Adams Refrigeration Co. several times. They have always shown up on time and done a good job at a fair price.

After receiving multiple bids for a new HVAC unit for my mother in law I contacted German at Cardinal. I contacted him at 8am and by 7pm that same night my mother in law was living comfortably with a new unit installed. She had heat restored in her house at the coldest part of our winter so far and at a better value than any other quote I received. Not only was Cardinal the best price but even price can't compete with the great immediate service. German was very quick with his responses and made this process very easy. He did not try to upsell me but delivered the most efficient unit at a very affordable price for someone on a fixed income. The techs on site were also very professional, courteous, and prompt in their work. German, the techs, and the office staff were all very approachable and professional. In the future I will definitely use Cardinal on my personal HVAC needs. I highly recommend Cardinal for anyone looking for a company that still values proffesionalism, courteousness, and compassion.

This was our first time using Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and I'm so glad that we called them! They answered our call right away and sent a knowledgeable tech out to our dance studio business in the West Valley. They did a thorough job servicing our HVAC. The tech explained to us what he did and that our equipment was back and working 100%! We will be using them for all our HVAC needs in the future for sure.

A friend recommended ABC and I couldn't be happier. They came out, fixed a minor thing our landlord had overlooked, and gave us some advice on how to keep things running smooth. They changed the time on me twice without letting me know. I had to get a hotel because they didn’t come help me with my Air Conditioning when they said they would.

I was told by an AC company, sent out by my home warranty, that my evaporator coils needed to be cleaned. (Although he never laid his eyes on them). I contacted B3 refrigeration to conduct the cleaning. Zeke came out, looked at the coils, and provided honest feedback (not that dirty at all). He cleaned them quickly and thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and was friendly. Great customer service at an great price. Thank you B3 Refrigeration.

I just had the pleasure of using CCL to fix my AC. Eddie and Andrew arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired my AC very quickly. Not only are these guys knowledgeable, but they're genuinely honest and very easy to work with. I will absolutely be using them again. I am incredibly happy with the service I received from Cooling Men. They are quick, reliable, and affordable. My A/C started acting up halfway through the summer and I was so relieved when I found these guys! The tech came out to my house and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

Jose and his crew are top notch! Great customer service from the initial request all the way to the end of the install. Jose keeps you updated through the whole process with pictures/ videos and educates you on your HVAC needs. He is punctual, professional, and does very clean work. Very great price for a new heat pump system when compared to other quotes. Will definitely be using him for my other unit when it dies and my yearly maintenance needs. He might be a small business but it doesn’t stop him from delivering the best customer experience possible.

AccuTemp replaced both of our AC units and did and incredible job! I would highly recommend, their staff goes above and beyond. The employee's took calls after hours and assisted with any questions.

This company was extremely responsive and had excellent customer service. The technician they sent to me was very trusted and an expert in ac and heating repair. He was very accommodating to all my requests and questions throughout. He cleaned the work area after he was done and didn't try to upsell me throughout. Highly recommended!
