Technician arrived with the diagnostic tools to determine the problem as well as the tools for repair. Obvious the tech knew what he was doing. The furnace required a new Capacitor which required the Tech to go up on the roof. Job was done in less than an hour.

My wife and I woke up this morning to a cold house. When I looked out the back window I saw steam coming out of the heat pump. I went outside and the fan wasn't running. I turned the unit off because I remembered someone telling me if it gets too cold the heat pump won't work. Later after it heated up I turned the unit back on but the fan still did not come on. We called Arcadia Air and Jimmy was the name of the tech and he told me that it is true about heat pumps not working if the temperature gets to 30 degrees or below. It was definitely warmer now so Jimmy turned the unit back on and it still didn't come back on. Jimmy opened up the control panel and found a bad capacitor I believe he called it that. He had a replacement on his vehicle and we were back in business. Jimmy was really nice and was quick and friendly and had the part we needed. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air to anyone in need of heat pump a/c or electrical issues! Thanks Jimmy!

They don’t even deserve one star. So unprofessional. Still within the warranty-a part needed to be replaced. Here we are with no ac. They can’t make the time to come out. HORRIBLE!!!!

Parker & Sons diagnosed that I needed two parts that were under warranty and wanted over $3k to fi lx my heat. Called another company neither of the parts that Parker & Sons said I needed were bad and problem was a result of a leak. Technician did not know what he was doing and would have cost me a lot of money to fix something not broken and i would have still had the leak. We Only needed Freon and leak repair. I paid 1/3 of the price and got a true diagnostic & repair with a smaller family owned business.

George always answers the phone himself when I call. I have used George before and have referred him to friends. George showed up on time, was clean and very professional looking. This time we decided that a replacement was the way to go. The finished product was as agreed on. Done on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Air Control to anyone who needs A/C work done...

We decided to hire Preferred Air to seal and add insulation in our attic. They were willing to move some venting and repositioned some PEX lines under the new insullation as part of their job. They also worked with us on the total cost because I wanted to install baffles and foam covers above some of the new LED before they blew in the insullation. I plan to have Preferred Air service our AC unit in the spring and our heating unit seems to be cycling on less with the new insullation and sealing. Thank you.
