He diagnosed our commercial AC unit quickly - got us a price on repair while on site and completed the repair on site as well upon our approval. Less than 1 day and all our AC needs were fixed. Purchased an .75 ton 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi straight cool Mini Split 24.5 seer from Lincoln Air. After researching different brands, I decided on the Mitsubishi system. I received estimates from Lincoln Air and two HVAC companies for the same unit. Lincoln Air price was by far the best. The installation of the unit went very smoothly, the installers did a great job of hiding the wiring from the unit to the electrical box. I would highly recommend using Lincoln Air.

Stuart came out for a very thorough HVAC inspection and evaluation. He showed up on time and did an A-->Z Inspection of my complete system pointing out with photos the issues I have. At the end he advised me of what his company had to offer and for how much should I chose to do the repairs, or complete system replacement. Thank you Stuart and Ace Home Services.

My partner and I got a HEPA filter window fan for my mother so she has one at the nursing home she’s staying at currently. We have one of these fans in our bedroom at home, and it makes the air undeniably cleaner. Mom has noticed the benefits of having this fan too. Now that she’s had a good experience, I believe it’s time to give a much-deserved five-star review. This company is a real gem in the industry. They are very responsive, explain everything you need and want to know, went over the options, and got the job done! They replaced two aging heat pump a/c rooftop units, and were flexible enough to work with the roofer to do what was needed to seal underneath before completion. The price was very fair and competitive, and everyone of their staff was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them!

My son used them as a 3rd opinion on his A/C and was extremely happy with them. referring them to me. I feel they are a very honest company. I are now my go to company and I will use them when time to replace my very old A/C.

The team at Arcadia Air was honest and straightforward. They inspected and found nothing wrong with our 20-year-old A/C. I didn't clean it in a while, and I went ahead and authorized them to clean it. They also provided a ballparked price for a new one and it wasn't as much as I thought. I would consider using Arcadia Air again!

My A/C broke down. I called Fidelity Home Warranty and they sent a rush service request to Lee Collins Air Conditioning. I got a text saying that Lee Collins would call within 3 hours to schedule and appointment. It never happened and I had to call the company myself. When I called, the person who answered did not even sound like he knew there was a request sent out to his company. He did not give me a reason and just told me he will call back from 10am - 12pm the next day. Lee Collins Air Conditioning never called.

I was very pleased with Jimmy, the service technician. He explained everything and was very professional, and answered all of my questions. We had several faucets and toilets that needed rebuilding or replacing at our parish. Now everything works like new!
