Alien AC were all professionals and they knew the best and most efficient system that I needed for my house.

I called Lincoln AC because our AC unit stoped working. The girl on line was great setting me up, and in just one hour the service technician showed up. We had the pleasure of working with Aaron and I can't stress enough how great he was to work with. We are so grateful for his kindness, professionalism and commitment to getting our unit working properly. He was working in 100+ degree weather and he never complained and always had a smile on his face. Thank you Lincoln AC....your employees are the real deal. We purchased a home that just had a HVAC unit installed. It was done incorrectly and full of debris. The tech Daniel Loisel was very through and explained and showed pictures of the needed clean-up, also it had to have mold removed. Daniel did a good job of explaining, cleaning and provided me with a choice of options. I would recommend ACE Home Services to all my family and friends.

We found our AC had stopped working after hours and you responded very quickly, triaged the problem and repaired the unit by replacing the fan motor. The system works wonderfully. We are VERY please with customer service and the timely response. I will recommend your business to others.

I have used Lee Collins for years and been terrifically happy. I understand it was recently sold, and the service is definitely not the same. First, they didn't have my records. Understandable - records do get lost in transitions. I asked if the same people were there - yes, they were. A new guy came to the house. Joseph was very nice. However, he didn't come with appropriate tools to do the job. He asked if I had a short ladder to check vents and returns in the house. He said he had one on his truck. I got the ladder. To enter my attic from the outside, his extension ladder was too big. So I got my extension ladder for him. I have a hard time believing I'm the only person in a ranch home with a split unit up in the attic. My attic opening is per code, so what???? On the invoice it says I insisted [I] would clean her own coil on ground. Nope, he told me he would take out the leaves on the bottom this time only, that this wasn't what the call was for. I would have to have someone come back and do a deep clean if I wanted the coils cleaned. I asked what exactly a deep clean was, and it was hosing off the coils. I said I could do that. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

So impressed I can't stop smiling! This place is the best for a reason, they care. Charles did our estimate and the installation of our hot water heater on the same day! Gary sold us our air conditioning unit, he was informative and sensitive to our financial limits. Very thoughtful. Aaaaand they saved us money, much appreciated!

I had George Brazil install my new Air Conditioner and was impressed with their professionalize and their just nice overall personality. My install was a little tricky but they stayed and made sure it was all done and taken care of correctly. Very happy with it.

I have used Air Control LLC on two separate occasions. The first time the owner George was out. He made sure explain everything in detail and unlike so many repair companies ran all the test necessary to determine my 3 units we are in good working order and just required some minor maintenance. And my units are 20 years old. He didn't use that as an opportunity to repair unnecessary item or make up a problem that didn't exist. Today Mike was out from the company and did the same thing. If you are looking for an honest company to work with Air Control is the company for you.

I hired Preferred Air for both duct system improvement and attic insulation. They did an amazing job and I can truly feel the difference in air flow. Special mention to Ty for his professionalism and passion. Thank you!

Just went through a renovation, and out of everyone I hired, Howard Air was the best contractor to work with. They went above and beyond to meet my needs, and were always on schedule and in contact. If everyone tried as hard as they do, the world would be a much better place!
