This is an odd review because I was not able to have a flooring done by Epoxy Werx. This is a review to speek to the nobility and professionalism of Epoxy Werx

I had set up an appointment with a different flooring company 2 days before my scheduled appointment that company ghosted me so I call Werx.

I set an appointment with Werx got everything scheduled. After all of that was done my original company called me back after 2 weeks of being MIA.
During that time I had tried to contact them several times. Anyway

Unfortunately they were able to work in the time fame that I needed. No fault to Werx at all, my scheduled just too far behind.

So I called Werx to cancel what they had set up for me. All I can say is what a great company, even though I had to cancel with them, the experience was great, no shaming, no threatening, just a sorry I hope we can work again together later. Realy it was refreshing.

Not a normal review but I will happily take future business to them.

Talk about great customer service! American Epoxy Arizona went far beyond my expectations. I was in the market to get my two car garage floor epoxied and my biggest hurdle was finding someone that would be willing to work around my busy schedule. I contacted American Epoxy, explained to them what I had in mind and asked about their availability. They were more than willing to meet with me during the weekend to provide an estimate and explain to me my options and how the process would go. Adam, the master installer, seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Decided to give them a chance and I’m very glad I did. The floor came out amazing! Pictures don’t do the work justice, and everyone that has seen pictures of the work has been impressed! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get their garage floor done!

They were on time and did everything they contracted to do. The job was beautiful and they explained every step in the process. I would recommend them for all garage floor coatings.

Would highly recommend Guardian garage Floors. They were very professional, on time, associates couldn't have been more accommodating, garage floor was perfect and everything cleaned when leaving. Not the cheapest garage floor company but as is often said, you get what you pay for and in this care more than expected. Excellent Job.

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.
