Great doing business with this company! David M. replaced my water heater in no time. He gave me courtesy notice about him turning off the water and let me know when he turned it back on. Cool dude.

We had Steven A come to our house to look into our AC not working. He was so very nice and professional, he looked at everything kept us updated every turn and let us know our options before doing anything. He had all the necessary parts with him which was amazing so we didn’t have to make another appointment!
He was quick and even helped hooking up our nest thermostat and made sure it worked before he left, even went that extra mile to change the filters.
I would recommend them especially this technician again!

Our install crew was phenomenal. They were extremely professional. They laid down blankets everywhere they would be walking throughout the house. They cleaned up well after taking down both of our systems. The crew lead was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had to the best of his ability and I asked a lot of questions (just my personality). He didn’t get irritated at all. The whole install didn’t take very long for getting two systems in. Everything seemed professionally installed to the highest of standards. The owner of the company even comes and does a quality check of the whole installation after everything is done to make sure all questions are answered and everything is exactly perfect.
This company was great. Their price was competitive with everyone else’s price, even company’s who were quoting day and night (off-brand hvac). We got one of the best prices, Trane 16seer HVAC equipment and a great team that helped us throughout every step of the process. I got 10 quotes for our HVAC to get replaced and I am SUPER happy that I chose this company. I HIGHLY recommend Tim (owner) and his great crew!

This company was terrific. They sent Henry and he worked tirelessly...almost 24 hours within two days. My system was very old, and it was quite a challenge to install the new unit. I recommend this company without any hesitation!!!

As if their name and logo weren't awesome enough! These guys are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! They came to my home today to conduct an audit/inspection for SRP (yes, they were vetted by SRP and APS) and they were just out of this world! (See what I did there?) Not only did they move their schedule around to accomodate me, they showed up on time, with huge smiles on their faces (THANK YOU ROBERT AND CHRIS!) and came with a humongous wealth of knowledge. I know absolutely NOTHING about energy efficiency, HVAC units, insultation, duct work/returns... ad infinitum... They explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand, and then were kind enough to wait around for my fella to get home so they could explain everything to him as well when I said, I know I am going to screw up everything you are saying... They are just kind, honest and hardworking and I could not be more grateful! I will always and forever use them for all of my AC/duct work/energy efficiency quests and I will always refer them to my friends and family. Finding honest, hardworking, affordable companies in this day and age is usually an exercise in futility. Especially in the home repair arena. We have discovered finding honest repair men is TOUGH. I hope this review helps those that are in our position, wherein everything in the home we bought last November needs fixed/repaired/replaced. I'm not sure what his name was; I will say that he was extremely helpful and he even went beyond to assist me with sawing a piece of wood for my kitchen counter. He was so polite and professional and easy to talk to because I didn't know what exactly I wanted nor did I have any knowledge in carpentry. His helpfulness was far and beyond. I would recommend Ace store to anyone and I will definitely make this my store.

I had a 19 year old Carrier still running strong but I was worried it would break down on a weekend and would be stuck without AC for me and my two Boston Terriers and my two black cats So I was driving down the 202 listening to KTAR radio when I heard Howard Air's advertisement. What I heard intrigued me, so I called them and I am normally not a trusting person and from the moment I spoke with the lady that answered the phone I felt like I had found my new AC company. She was so sweet and helpful. She connected me with their scheduling lady and once again I was impressed. It gets even better from here. She made an appointment with me to have Jason M. come out on July 1st, Jason was so enjoyable and made my whole buying experience a happy one. He explained everything and then showed me the different units I had to choose from. I wanted to stay with Carrier as I have had Carriers for many years with excellent success. After Jason's visit we set my installation for July 29, 2016. The two men called me 45 minutes out and told me when they would arrive. They were Johnny on the spot! At about 6:30 AM this morning they began the hot job of climbing up in the attic and tending to the things that needed rerouting etc.. My installers were Kyle B. and Terrance K. These two men were awesome! They got my unit in and were even a bit ahead of the time I expected to have it completed. They went above and beyond being careful to make sure neither of my dogs or cats escaped out the door. Then I had to go to see and tend to my horse so the guys stayed here and worked. On my way home I had to pick up a heavy box at Lowes and I am 73 and this package was so heavy there was no way I could dream of getting it out of my truck and into my house. Bless their little hearts they brought it in for me.
They spent a lot of time explaining the thermometer to me and showing me how to set it and so on. And when they got ready to leave they had every single piece of anything picked up. This company is excellent and I am thrilled to have found them. I feel like I matter to them. You won't be sorry hiring Howard Air as they are professionals from the first person you speak with on the phone and all the way to the installers. Thank you Howard Air!!!

Not happy with the performance of the installation of the new AC unit. Didn't work properly for almost six weeks. Had to replace parts and now our roof is leaking around the parts. Showing through the ceiling in the master bedroom staining the ceiling. Called and talked to someone who was supposed to be from the warranty department. He said we would have to call our roofer. This is from the installation of the unit not the roof which is now damaged due to having to have some many repairs on the roof.

I have always been happy with the service we receive from George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating in Phoenix, Arizona. Today I had a young man, Nate S. come to my home for a routine maintenance check. He was sociable, kind, very thorough, polite and made me feel at ease with his presence. It is obvious that he is knowledgeable about his work by the speed and confidence he demonstrated as he worked. His work ethics were flawless and he never spoke down to me, even if I didn't understand something. Nate took the time to explain what he was doing and asked questions that were not condescending. George Brazil should be very proud to have him as an employee. I hope I am able to have this young man again, should I need assistance with my furnace or air conditioner. I can't say enough about how refreshing it was to have a gentleman in my home that I did Not have to feel uneasy with. He did his work professionally and if he had a question, he called his boss. He reviewed everything with me on paper before asking me to sign. I am glad to see that there are still good people that can be trusted in our home. Amazing to find a business that is outstanding in AC install & repair. This company really is for the customer. Unlike others which I’m not allowed to give names.
I’m a senior live alone in country 50 miles north of Phoenix.
When my ac went out I was terrified. No ac company will come this far. My son found Tom & his group. They came to me, checked my ac & told me my 20 yr old ac has died.
With in 1 hour they had a crane here to take old AC off roof & put up a new ac. Within 3 hrs I had a new working ac.
They returned next day when I called about adjusting temp.
This company is far & above others in Phoenix. In Service & customer considered.

I couldn't be happier I chose Larson Air. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and courteous. It is very apparent the owners and employees care about their customers and providing excellent service while also remaining reasonably priced and straight forward. The process of replacing my unit was very smooth there were no issues and they were somehow very quiet while doing so, it was not as nearly as loud as I expected. They finished quicker then quoted and they triple check their work making sure everything is working perfectly that day as well as coming back a few days later. I couldn't be more pleased. Great company, great service!

Had a new split system unit installed yesterday on a home I purchased a few months ago. Couldn't be happier w the service and quality of work. Green ID definitely went above and beyond. I had to leave my girlfriend home while they were doing the install, and at first was a little hesitant to not be around to check on the work. When I got home and looked everything over I was impressed! These guys definitely know what they are doing, and not like many other contractors I've worked with they left the place cleaner then when they got here!!! Would highly recommend.
