It was stressful living in a home that was 98 degrees but Ray was empathetic and made sure we were taken care of. I love that he communicated well and made sure I was comfortable with my service! Michael Boden is our teach and he was wonderful and so polite. We have a new build house and in less then 6 months of closing the disposal stopped working and it needed to be replaced. Rather then waiting for the builder to replace it within 6 months we called Goettl. Michael came out tried to restart it and found that it was dead. He went to get another unit and returned to install it in great time. He made a wonderful suggestion of a water softener system. This is something we have already been thinking about as the water quality in our area isn't very good. While some may think of this as an up sale he took the opportunity to talk to me more about the system and the benefits. Its so nice to have a great person working for this wonderful company who genuinely cares about the costumers.
My kiddos love the idea of the flash light and passing the torch of wonderful costumer service and the Sadie the Dog Plush.

The most outstanding professionals I've ever met. We worked with Justin, Jared, and Branden for an HVAC system for my relative Adriana. First off, safety and cleanliness was top priority. They placed paper mats down through the house, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up immediately after small messes. The care they took on our home was so respectful and deeply appreciated. They were well-mannered and spoke softly and compassionately to everyone in the household. Our pesky dogs barking in the closed room didn't deter them nor jade their attitude. They made small talk and built rapport with us. When the job was done, they went above and beyond to explain every last detail so we would be fully knowledgeable about the work that was done. If I could do more than 5 stars, I honestly would.

If I could give no stars I would. This company is horrible. Worst Customer Service. I could not believe the response I got or the way I was treated. Absolutely no communication or time frame.
We got a new A/C unit from them in 2011. It has a 10 year warranty on all parts. Yesterday evening the A/C went out, called them at 7 am this morning to have someone come out. It is now 12:30 on and no one has responded, called, or shown up. I just called them back to figure out what's going on, and the guy that answered the phone couldn't answer my question. He said he would send another message to the on call guy, and that I should get a call back in 15 minutes. I explained again as I did in the first call, we have children and animals in the house and we need to know if someone is coming. All he could tell me was to wait 15 minutes and see if the on call guy calls me, if not I could call back or he suggested I could call another company to come out. I told him again that it is under warranty and asked how that would work. He just told me to see what happens in 15 minutes.
