We are a new company in the Phoenix area. Talked to Bryan and he was very knowledgeable. Responded extremely quickly on a wind shield replacement. Worked out a day and time. Clayton arrived on time, quick chat with him and he did his job. Prior to install, he made sure he covered all his bases prior to removal and install. Knowledgeable, done in a timely manner, professional and understood our timeline to get the truck back in the field so there would be no time lost for our field crews. My husband and I looked for weeks for a reputable company for vinyl siding repair and gutter issues. After some outrageous quotes and no call backs, Jim called from Tacheny. I gave him the address and Jason came to the house fixed EVERYTHING the same day! Then they barely charged us for the work work they did. Such amazing work for an honest price. I would highly recommend this company. When you call PCC Roofing you talk directly to the owner (Sean) who answered all my questions throughly and professionally. Besides replacing the roof they also replaced all the facia boards and were kind enough to deliver the facia and trim boards a couple of weeks ahead of time so I could pre-paint them which meant I only had to do a little touch up when the job was completed!!! His brother Brain ran the crew and also was extremely professional and answered any questions that came up. The job was completed ahead of schedule and they treated the property with great respect !!! I will recommend PCC Roofing every chance I get the opportunity to. Thanks again Sean and Brain.

They are crooks. The cash back for insurance claims is false. They wrote me a bad check on a closed account. Check BBB even fraudulently stating they are a member.CROOKS....

We had some leaks to our patio cover that we had tried (and failed) at repairing ourselves. We reached out to Castile Roofing and Alex was very quick to respond and assist with a quote. Chris came and to inspect and do the repair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner and well done.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
