Ralph the owner is a stand up guy and does exactly what he says he’s going to do. When his plumber Carter came over he was very informative and overall had great customer service. The previous plumber that scoped the drains had said the entire house needed new drains. Carter scoped them and said just a section needed to be done and saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you!

Robert was on time and conducted himself in a polite and professional manner. He walked me through step by step on what was needed to find and repair a gas leak. When I needed a new air-conditioning unit I interviewed several companies and felt like Desert diamond company I could trust. This has been a very good decision! I have had my unit serviced every six months for the last three years and every person I have come into contact with from this company has been professional and friendly. I am sure that there are several highly reputable heating and cooling companies in the valley, but most will certainly let you know how great they are with their pricing. I had to replace (2) 2.5 ton units and remove an evap, so I reached out to five different companies...and received five widely varied prices.

From the start, Sun Devil's Superintendent (Joe V.) was outstanding - he started out understanding that my house is not in the heart of PV and I most likely don't want a 90SEER, gold-plated unit that will make me breakfast every morning. He started out with a more than reasonable price and barely moved once he got onsite and had a fuller picture of the job. It certainly didn't hurt that he was less than any another valley company for the exact same units and service without ever having to negotiate.

Two days later, I have two new Trane units, my house is freezing cold (I should probably adjust the thermostats) and everything runs perfectly. He was even totally cool with the fact that some yahoo wired my panel wrong and he almost got electrocuted - that's no joke, seriously, make sure your electrician knows how to label wires. Sorry again, Joe!

I have read other reviews about having issues after the fact or having installation problems - I can't really speak to any of those concerns, perhaps there were other forces at play. What I can say is that I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my interaction with Sun Devil and Joe V. and will absolutely promote them any chance that I get.

From my initial call speaking with Roxanna to having Jorge out, every expectation was exceeded. Top notch customer service and service. Our issue is fixed and we have found our heating and cooling company for life!

Our AC went down on a Sunday afternoon and Kyle came out and got us up and running again. He arrived at our house in less than the time we were told he would and was extremely professional very friendly. I don't know what we would have done without Kyle and the helpful people at SG Mechanical.

After acquiring other quotes and talking with other contractors and their products, Temperature Pro was very understanding and flexible with my requests, they were prompt, they were on time, they responded immediately, never left me wondering if they’re gonna call back! they replaced my HVAC system same day, working just fine, to return in three days as they said to completely check the system and make certain everything was to their standards ,when they left that day after making a couple of other repairs, not in the quote and not charged for because they wouldn’t leave without it right….. they did make it right ,thank you Temperature Pro! Very pleased with this company, their prices, just everything top to bottom, I have another unit that will be replaced next year and they are going to do that one also !

I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Love when trusting my gut leads to companies like Baikal Mechanical. Very good chance I’ll be a repeat customer of theirs eventually.

Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.

Our air conditioner went out during the summer heat. We called Arcadia Air for emergency service and Manny came out to fix it. He arrived quickly, introduce himself, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem In a matter of minutes. We were so impressed with the service, we signed on for a 3 year contract with biannual maintenance. Manny came back to service 2 units for us a couple weeks later. He arrived on time for the scheduled window and explained everything. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air!

I scheduled an AC tune up several weeks ago and took the day off of work to be here for the technician, my appointment was from 10am to 2pm and no one bother to called me or update me that they wouldn’t be able to make it, I had to call and find out for myself, poor customer service and communication.
