They were quick to respond, affordable and had great customer service.

I needed to have a natural gas line run from the wall to my BBQ and Firepit on my rooftop deck. This required removing the wooden deck boards to run the gas lines and then put them back. I got several bids. Accent plumbing was competitively priced. They were also able to schedule my job in later the same week. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They left my premises very clean and neat. I would definitely use Accent plumbing again for any future needs due to their great work and competitive pricing for projects.

$900 for 1/2hr of easy work replacing a garbage disposal. Guy was nice but pretty sure I got scammed on that one. Had to follow up for warranty info and they cannot/will not produce an itemized receipt that breaks down product, labor, warranty costs.

Repairman was great/personable. Diagnosed a bad thermostat. The only one he SAID he had???(I'm sure that was company policy) was over $400.00!!!!!! OK-so it is over 100 degrees in my house and I am 84 years old. They REALLY have you over a barrel at that point and they know it--SO WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS??? So, to get my air working on a very hot day I paid for that thermostat...WHAT A RIP OFF!! Do NOT use this company.ATTENTION: A member of this company contacted me immediately after I posted this comment. She was very apologetic about my experience and went to great lengths to make me feel better about the situation. I was given assurance that the matter of more (thermostats) options being on their trucks AND a refund of part of the charges. She/they were great in reaching out to me and addressing this problem. I will definitely give them another chance if I need their services in the future. Thank You.

Cameron was very polite and respectful. He thoroughly explained all of the issues and option’s for correcting them. He completed the repair of the leaking copper pipe in short order with minimal mess. He was a pleasure to work with.

I was able to get a septic tank pumping appointment within a couple of days. I was happy to pay a fee for them to dig, I'm getting too old for all of that. The technician was very professional, he also looked in to see if I had a single or double chamber tank because part of it is under a concrete slab. Good information to know for future intervals. I highly recommend this company's services.

My hot water heater had sprang a leak as it reached the apparent end of its life. I contacted George Brazil later that night and first thing the next morning they contacted me and set up an appointment.Their technician, Tom, showed up on time and was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain things to me and offer helpful suggestions without being insistent on additional or unneeded service although he was willing to provide quotes for the other items if I were interested in them at a later date.Tom got to work immediately and replaced my water heater and it is looking/working better than new, the entire process was easy and through and Tom was very profession with the service he provided. I look forward to working with the company again.

We have used this company twice now in just over one year. The owner, Ron, is awesome! Ron cleared our clogged kitchen sink drain with ease and at no additional cost when other plumbers were going to charge us extra fees for having to go up on our roof. He came out again to clear a nasty sewer blockage. Both times he quoted us the price over the phone and was able to come to our house within 2 hours of our call. Ron does not try to sell extra services or service plans. He solves the problem and is on his way in no time. We couldn’t be more pleased with Ron and his swift, courteous, and professional service.

Patrick Riley was so easy to work with. I really liked the fact that they sent me a text about the technician, Freddy, before he arrived so I could let my tenants know who to expect. Also, I really liked how I didn't have to physically be present during the service call; yet, I still felt that Freddy did the job like I was watching over his shoulder. Freddy went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer, and that I felt comfortable with the service performed. He even sent before and after pictures of the repair, so I knew he did exactly what he said was going to be done. Awesome customer service, I highly recommend for your A/C repairs! They contacted me to apologise for what had occurred. They sent out a plumber the same day he messaged me, and he was able to repair our kitchen faucet in less than an hour. I really appreciate Kevin's prompt action to right a wrong.

Bathroom faucet was minor repair, and done quickly no mess left behind. Replaced kitchen sink faucet and fixed a leak the home warranty plumber didn't.
