Mark and Richard from service just came out and repaired a couple of surface bubbles in a very timely fashion. I appreciate their helpfulness and professional work.

Brown Roofing redid our roof in August. They were punctual and efficient, removing and reshingling my entire roof and covered patio in just over two days' work. The finished product looks great.

Shortly after finishing, I discovered a problem with one of the unique vent covers on my home. Because of it's shape, it wasn't properly covering the vent, allowing rain to leak in. I called Dean to alert him to the problem and he came over to fix it almost immediately. I've had no issues since.

In my experience, Brown Roofing offers a great product and service at a very fair price. I highly recommend this company.

As much as I want to give five (5) stars, not able to due to the lack of follow through

Actually, it started out as five (5) stars, only for the customer service to decline the second day into the project and for up to two (2) weeks afterwards.

Pros:
** Estimate was competitive, if not slightly below other quotes I had received
** First day of project, not only did they show up on time, they were early...this fact I was very helpful it would continue through the next day
** The first day the team was focus and getting it done

Cons:
** Even before the project started, I requested an call the day before because I have six (6) special needs (medical and behavioral) dogs, needed to plan a pet sitter...that call did not happen
** Second day, a gentleman came by driving the company truck to drop of replacement roof tiles. I asked when the team would arrive because if I could save money with the pet sitter, that would be great. He made a phone call and I was advised someone will call me shortly with an ETA..it was 7:00 AM at this point
** Second day, same gentleman I asked if there would be a roof inspection after the project was completely, not only did he say that there would be one, he shared what would occur. He even noted he saw a few items that needed to be addressed as he could see from the ground.
** Second day, four (4) hours later, the call never came, at this point it was 11 AM, I called the office and asked for an ETA. I was told to call another person, that person's VM stated he was on vacation, I called back to the office and it was stated I would receive a call within the hour
** Second day, a hour later, no call, I sent an email through their project management tool, that was answered, ninety (90) minutes later the team showed up to complete the job. At this point it was close to 2:00 PM, which meant I could have save a lot of money with the pet sitter
** Week after I sent an email through their portal asking if there would be a final inspection. Here was the response: Hi Kelly, Yes I will be stopping by beginning of next week.I will let you know what day before I come I responded back to let me know day and time so I could have the dogs secured
** Two weeks after above response, I sent a follow-up requesting when would the final inspection occur....never heard back

What started as wow, this is awesome, ended with disappointment due to lack of communication, follow-through, and I have to wonder based upon these gaps, what may be missing, other than what the gentleman pointed out on the second date, on my roof?

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! Stapleton roofing took care of my business. my roof started to leak and ruin my inventory. They were on time and got my repairs done quick and for an affordable rate

My wife and I decided to get solar placed on our roof last year(freedom forever solar) and they wrapped a roof into the package deal. Well I can tell you right now it was the worst decision of my life. We had bad monsoon rains this year and all the water came pouring down on all sides of my chimney and when I went up to the roof to inspect it I noticed after looking at it real well that the flashing was never replaced and in fact they just painted over it white because The new shingles were white. We contacted the company and a man by the name of Jose replied back saying that he would call us back and let us know when he can have a technician out which he said he could do same day. Well we never heard from him after that and even sent him videos of the water leaking around the chimney and showed how the flashing was never replaced on the roof and still we got no response. I will definitely be reporting the solar company and this roof company to the Better Business Bureau. I take pride in everything I do I am a veteran of the US Army and I got this house through a VA loan. I’ve been trying to fix it up and sell it to provide my family a better life and now it seems as if all of that is crashing to an end. Run do not walk away from this company run as fast and as far as you can and let everyone know how disreputable they are.

I sought out a roofing company that would be willing to give me a competitive pricing and who was willing to get the job done as soon as possible. Capstone Roofing LLC was hands down the best. Capstone, and all the staff met all my request for a fast efficient job, the workers were extremely professional, cleaned the entire area when they were done, and most of all the roof looks amazing.
This roofing job was for my mothers ageing home, I was worried that the roof would have additional repairs, it did, but they were minor and the additional cost were minimal.

Lastly, Id like to thank all the ladies in the front office who professional and courteous.

Great job! Very friendly salesman came out to deliver quote and explained the entire process completely. I work from home so needless to say one would think having roof work done during the day was a bad idea...the gentlemen who came out to do the work were very professional and were as quick and quiet as they could possibly be. I was very happy with the service and price.

I can’t say enough about these guys! We had 3 companies come out and try to figure out where a small leak was happening. These guys originally installed our roof 7 years ago with the builder and do mostly large projects but took the time and effort and even sent the lead technician out to find the problem. They coordinated with our solar company to get the panels off and then repair with in a short window around thanksgiving /Christmas 2021. Phew! It was fixed and no leaks or problems since! Tricia has the kindest heart with true sincere care. We had storm damage from this last storm and we are absolutely using them again. Even the smallest jobs- yet they care HUGE! Rare to find this in todays business world. Thanks guys

OK-I'm the guy who provided a negative review in the past. Seems that we had a terminal communication problem. I apparently asked too many questions which the owner took as being to intrusive. Well-the communication issue was more the product of two grumpy old men being set in their ways. We finally got our act together and Circle-G did the job-foamed the metal roof on a screened porch (my mothers house) in Scottsdale. The Circle-G folks were worried that we would not see much of a temperature drop due to the openness of the screened porch. So-we actually measured the temperature before and after. More than a 20 degree swing in the temperature-we no longer can cook meat on the floor. Moreover-they arrived ON TIME and did exactly what they told us they would do. Very good job.

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right.
