We have used B3 Refrigeration on several occasions. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and had a service technician out within a few hours. They are a small family business with fair pricing. I highly recommend them! I wouldn't use anyone else.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

I came home at dinner time and my house was about 85. The fan was running but cold air was no where to be found. I called after 8pm on a Saturday. Described what I had observed. He came out and fixed my AC in about 20mins. Friendly, fast, and I figured a late night weekend call would cost much more than what it did. I highly recommend!!

Steven and Brian did such a great job; they’re quick, careful and their price is very reasonable. I first called them to put up my mom’s TV, and because their work was so clean and perfect, I had to use their services again. They’re both pretty cool guys too; funny and held great conversations. I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
