He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

They were supposed to come out Friday between 2:00 and 4:00 not even a phone call had to call them no clue, said that they will come in the morning between 10:00 and 10:30. We shall see I will write another review. Bad communications. It was a no-show, To extend on my other review writing, 4 days later they contacted me from Friday to now Tuesday they really have the worst communication skills I've ever come across and their equipment doesn't seem to work. You cannot rely on them to do what they say!

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I am approaching my 3rd anniversary as a client of Bumblebee Plumbing! I initially contacted them in 2019 after coming home to an unexpected pond in my yard. I was impressed that a friendly, capable person answered the phone immediately and dispatched a plumber to my home the same afternoon for a relatively quick (though muddy) fix. When my hot water heater was on the verge of failing, I called them again. Replacement was tricky because I had an electrical contractor working at the same time, and also because my semi-historic 1936 home had some redundant piping that puzzled Michael P. at first. I found out then that Michael is not only highly skilled, but is also a determined problem-solver. In early 2021 after another small, unwanted pond emerged, Bumblebee replaced the main service line from the road to my home (a distance of about 200 ft.). Finally in late 2021, after another serious underground leak somewhere in a maze of old PVC and galvanized pipe near my unused domestic well, I decided to go ahead with a whole house re-piping. Michael met with me in advance to plan the work and to listen to my list of concerns and old-house-quirks. The team that came to complete the 4 to 5-day project included Micheal, Cody, Joel, Victor, and Craig. They were ALL amazing: skilled, professional, respectful, and constantly seeking my input. Cody did some of the most delicate work for my main bathroom which included gently breaking into a cedar closet wall to replace old lines; he was also the lucky guy who worked in the crawl space under my house. I believe it was Joel who headed up work on lines in the attic; Victor and Craig dealt with trenching outdoors. Michael’s tasks included zero-error-tolerance drilling through brick masonry walls.I now love having great water pressure and beautiful new valves in convenient places, and I am free of living in fear of a water disaster. I am happy to give Bumblebee Plumbing my highest recommendation!

We have had a very good experience working with Priority Pumping. After having numerous issues with a septic system installed only 5 years ago by another company in town and no luck working with that particular company to get it resolved, we hired Priority Pumping to install a new system for us. Recently called Sunset Septic to perform an inspection on a property located in Queen Creek and they got right on it within 48 hours of my making the call. They were timely, exact in it's location and did a great job digging pumping it out, digging it up and inspecting. My clients and I are very happy about the way they put things back, you can hardly tell they were ever there.

We are very happy with there service and will use them again when the need arrives.

Late Saturday afternoon... sound of water gushing from the laundry room led to considerable mop-up, then to a number of phone calls. Not an especially good time to have a drain clog... I left a few messages on after-hours VM's and received a call back from Dan. He was very understanding of our situation and was honest about the scheduling, we had a service tech at our house shortly after 7AM the next morning. We also received a call to let us know the tech was on his way.
