Had this company come out after a horrible experience with D&G Appliance. From the moment 1st choice mechanical came out, I knew my experience would be so much better than the other company. I called SG Mechanical Air after several attempts of trying to get my AC fixed through my new build's HVAC vendor, which has been a frustrating experience. Miles from SG came and found an oil leak right away (something the vendor was unable to do yesterday). He provided a write up so I could pass it along to my builder to finally get the help needed. He was also very knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I was very impressed and will be referring friends and family to SG.

I had a fantastic experience from the start, Ashley is friendly on the phone, very professional and experienced installers kept me informed throughout the process and my account manager was stellar. He is what made me choose Scottsdale Air from all the HVAC companies in the Valley. Dave followed up the day after installation to check that all went smoothly. It was hard news that I needed a new system but this company made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!

Austin called prior to the appointment to give me ETA. He arrived on time. Austin quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. Great service.

Responded quickly with technician showing up the next morning. Wire to cap was cooked and replaced along with new wiring. Freon was added to system as it was a pound low.

Total cast was under $1200.

Stuart came out for a very thorough HVAC inspection and evaluation. He showed up on time and did an A-->Z Inspection of my complete system pointing out with photos the issues I have. At the end he advised me of what his company had to offer and for how much should I chose to do the repairs, or complete system replacement. Thank you Stuart and Ace Home Services.

They guys from Comfort One Air Conditioning came out to tune up our 2 older units. They were on time and very professional.

They discovered one unit was low on coolant and filled it up. The other unit needed a capacitor. They fixed it all and assured me that these 25 year old units would make it through the summer.

My A/C broke mid summer in 2020. These guys were here the next morning super helpful and considerate. I have a puppy and children so it wasn’t a hassle free situation. Took him less than an hour and very affordable. 10/10 would recommend.

This company is horrible and disorganized. They never show up at the appointment time and they never return a phone call. When they no-showed on my scheduled appointment I called to find out where they were and they claimed they had already come out days before to fix it. They cannot name a date or time that the technician came out. They never left a receipt, and never notified me that they had completed the job. So IF they came out like they're claiming, they trespassed onto my property. They STILL have not provided proof of repair after being asked several times by my home warranty company. Don't waste your time.

Tried to say we needed a new compressor almost 6k... Cousins came out replaced the contactor free of charge. Will never call George Brazil again

Update 11/3/21 Was having issues with my AC blowing warm air. Seems my thermostat went bad and somehow switched to heat. The guys came out and fixed problem and also installed a new Nest wifi thermostat I received for a fairly decent price. They helped do the setup and it looks clean and neat. Will have them back out in March to finish the work I need previously but was delayed due to COVID and money constraints.

I would highly recommend using Preferred Air going forward for all my HVAC needs. My AC unit leaked through the ceiling of my new build home. My home owners insurance would cover the mitigation and reconstruction but not the AC repair. I had called another well known HVAC company that came out twice. The first person came out literally did nothing and said it was my p-trap was clogged. Second person comes out and said I needed a new main tray and secondary overflow tray. Quoted me a large amount over 2K. Daniel from Preferred Air came out within few hours went into the attic, diagnosed the issue, made a few adjustments at no additional cost. He also was able to determine the builder had possibly damaged the unit during installation and rigged my pans to hide the fact and finally it leaked through. He confirmed the main pan was most likely cracked and offered a more palatable explaination and price for the repair. All at half the price of the diagnostic visit I had previously paid with the other company. A true honest and upfront company that I would use in the future along with my friends. I decided to use Preferred Air based of earlier reviews I had read and decided to leave one myself so other can know they are great company.
