Dominic was very professional and helpful. He even helped my daughter catch a baby gecko and get it outside, he called me like I had asked I expressed my concerns and he then explained everything to me that I needed to know.

I had an exterior water heater expire, and Hays sent Patrick to check it out. Patrick explained all the issues (some were code) and I had him return the next morning to install a new water heater and correct all issues. He did an outstanding job and deserves the highest rating I can give.

Robert repaired 4 things at different times: replaced outdoor spigot after I broke it. This was a rush job since the water was turned off. ; replaced toilet ring after the seal broke and helped clean up the leak mess; replaced copper piping and fixed valve for the swamp cooler; and repaired/replaced old lead pipe drain from bath upstairs. All of the repairs were done as quickly as possible and professionally. He is also a nice guy, polite, professional and will go above and beyond to get your plumbing back to working order. I will definitely use his services again and recommend Quick Fix to anyone .

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Over charged - he didn’t know what he was doing / he flooded my kitchen floor and then tried to blame me - sent me a bill for 1300 - actually I should have billed them for damages and wasting my time

Our house was up to 87 degrees inside. Garret came quite early in our timeframe window and was totally friendly and professional.He got our house cooling in no time, and it was an overall great experience. Highly recommend him as a technician, and will definitely use them again in the future.Only downside is they are open here 8-5pm, but in this AZ heat, they’d probably be working all night long if not. They are very responsive when they get in at 8 am. So while we did wait until morning, it was a great experience with how efficient he got the job done. Super grateful. ?

Never used however on 12-16-2021 a received call from Ella trying to schedule an appointment claiming they were raising money for some charity. Tried to explain to her I was on National Do Not Call List and she kept telling me I was rude over and over again. If I tell you I am on that list simply hang up however, to appease her I told her to come on out to service the following day. She continued to call me back asking for more information even after I told her I was on that list and I also told her I was at work and didn't have the time to answer a ton of questions. I finally had to block both numbers she was calling from so she would finally stop calling me. She is in the service industry (or a scam) and this is how she gets new customers by being rude. Hopefully, her calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes so the owner can listen. I would NEVER use a company that treats people like that and they really need to verify that Do Not Call List before they cold call people as the company can face hefty fines under the FTC guidelines. If I receive another call from that company I will turn the company over to the FTC as I am sure I am not the only person Ella is calling claiming to be raising money.

Mike S showed up on time and was very polite. Wore shoe coverings to protect my flooring. Explained everything with excellent pictures and what to expect what might happen in the future.

Was not pressured to make any purchases and explained payment options for when I was ready. Glad to have assistance when it was needed.

I had several big name AC companies come to my house and seriously up charge the cost of parts. Chas Roberts wanted $1000 for parts I was able to get for $206. I tried 1st Choice Mechanical based on a friend’s referral. What a difference in service. Mike Rhoades and his son Tim came to my house. They were very friendly, honest and personable, they fixed my issues for a very fair price without trying to sell me new units or anything else I didn’t need. I will only use them in the future and will highly recommend to my family and friends!

I want to compliment Cactus Mechanical, Inc. They were at my home today for about 6 hours to install a new A/C unit. I live in Peoria and the home I am leasing is about 2400 square feet and has 2 units. The original unit had to replaced. The 2nd unit is only 4 years old. The original unit was as old as the home....20 years old. The realty company who handles my lease contracts Cactus, and I am very glad for that. The appointment was for 6:30 this morning. I had a truck there about 15 minutes early. Travis runs the crew and I greeted him. Minutes later 4 or 5 more trucks arrived. The crew was professional and extremely courteous. The attention to detail was impressive. They took care of the home like their own. When leaving, there was no mess at all. All of the crew was friendly. In the future, if I purchase a home, I know the company who will handle my heating and cooling issues. I also met one of the owners. Mark was at my home with his team. I told him personally how satisfied I was with the entire installation process. A great start to my weekend!!!! Great job!!!!

AWESOME company, owners and employees! My family and I were in desperate need of a brand new a/c unit. We learned that we needed a new unit only a few weeks before the weather was going to get really hot.... I received quotes from big name companies and then I called Just Air LLC. The beginning to end experience was phenomenal. Danelle was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive with setting up the appointment and answering questions. Even after the new unit was installed, she reached out to me to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly! We got home from a trip and found that the upstairs bedrooms were hotter than h. We called AZ Perfect comfort and they came out first thing in the morning. Fixed the AC and we are cool again. These guys are simply awesome! Prompt, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them.

We have used these guys for years. They were the ones we called when the companies our home warranty used caused serious damage. They are reasonably priced and have truly competent guys that have provided great service.

Update. I had these guys out again for my seasonal tune-up. I forgot to schedule around my toddler's nap time and our air handler intake vent is in my kids room. I let them know when they called before they came and they were PERFECT! They didn't ring the door bell, but instead knocked quietly. They didn't make peep the whole time they were here and my son slept soundly. Not only are these guys good but their customer service is amazing!

I'm not one to write reviews but i've made an exeption for Alien Air due to the extremely positive interactions I've had with them. I originally contacted them for an energy audit and had the owner, Chris, come out. Not once did he try and upsell me on something I didn't need. After having several companies come out for a general AC install/repair estimate, Chris was the only one who didn't turn that into a sales pitch.

I ended up having Alien install a new unit and add insulation to my home to take advantage of the SRP rebates program. Chris was honest, direct, on time and always answered any questions I had. One month into having the work completed I've noticed a cooler home, less run time on my unit and a reduction in my electricity bill compared to last year. I will definitely use Alien air moving forward for my AC needs.

Lincoln Air is my only choice for HVAC service! Reliable, professional, courteous and knowledgeable! Vincent was great!
