I am completely blown away at the phenomenal customer service i’ve received. They cleaned out my junked rental home in a few truckloads. A little pricier than the other quotes i’ve received but i wanted to support my local first responders and firefighters. I found my permanent junk removal and cleaning company. We hired this service to clean our pool once a week. In the short time we have used them they have never come on their scheduled day. We keep our gate locked and unlock it on our scheduled pool cleaning day. Every week they have not been able to come on our scheduled day and then forget to notify us so we can leave the gate unlocked on the next day for them to return. Horrible communication and customer service. Their inability to properly schedule their staff should be a warning to other customers to not use this company if they actually want their pool cleaned.

We had a great experience with Chimney Cricket. The previous owners had never had the fireplace or dryer vent cleaned. Needless to say, they were both filthy. Allen did a great job despite the build up and even gave us some great tips for our next fire. He was very clean, and the whole process took about an hour. Overall, we're very satisfied and will use Chimney Cricket again!
