He was very good about some of the changes we made during the process. In fact what started as only one shower remodel became two. He works with an expert plumber that did excellent work. (Simon’s Plumbing). He also has a fantastic glass guy. (AJL Glass). We are so happy with the work he did we recommend him to anyone. We will be having him back to do our floors In the future. He really is the best choice!!

As part of a major remodel of our home in Sun City West, we replaced 1,400 square feet of tile and carpet flooring with beautiful engineered hardwood purchased from Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply. He was always responsive to our questions or concerns and provided excellent advice. Ratko did an outstanding job installing the floor and baseboards, and they look gorgeous. I requested the installation of a skylight shade from Angi. The skylight isn't more than 8-9' off the ground . I ordered the 24x24 custom shade from Amazon and it's still new in the box. After sending them pics of the skylight, the quote I received was $245. That's more than $110 an hour because I can't imagine the job will take 2 hours to install. Needless to say I won't be using Handyman Connection and I've alerted Angi of this exorbitant quote.

Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.
