Best Residential Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I have been using Urban Desert Pest Control for a few months now and they are amazing. Always on time, they treat the problem at the source and are friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I had termites pop up and Matt came out to give us an estimate to fix the problem right away and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Really made me feel better about the termite issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great and reliable pest control company.

In 2017 we used Burns to treat our home for bed bugs. Somehow while they were treating the house they knocked our TV off the dresser and cracked the screen. We noticed about a week later when we moved back in (stayed elsewhere until we felt comfortable the bugs were gone). The manager basically acted like I was lying trying to get money out of them and refused to acknowledge his guys would do that and not tell him. Completely naive. After going back and forth and driving to their office they finally agreed to pay me a very small amount. (I think like 100 bucks). It was a 32 inch flat screen smart TV which at the time you couldn't find one for less than 2 or 3 hundred. When I pay $2500 for a treatment i told expect better care and also customer service. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the treatment worked and we haven't had any problems since.

Wayne is always prompt and works with our schedule if we need to reschedule for any reason! He shows up always with a big smile he seems to enjoy his work as is respectful which adds big points when it comes to opening the doors of our home to anyone!Love Insecteck customer service too!

Love that their services are organic and pet-friendly, and our exterminator, Justin McElroy, is professional to the bone, always wears a smile, and is patient in answering all questions we throw at him. I would strongly recommend.

Interviewed here and the guy who runs the place is so rude and demeaning. Wanted to run out and drive away half way in.

We had roaches I just didn’t know how bad. Was using another company. As it got hotter we had more roaches in the house. Called Complete Pest Management. Art came out sprayed inside and out. Before he left I had roaches running for the hills. It was disgusting. But they were all dying. Did a massive clean same day. Still finding a corpse here and there. But not one live one. My only complaint is Art was late and no real communication. However the results make everything ok in my book. I also have 3 dogs of varying sizes Art made sure they were safe too!

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

We have used them at three different houses for both bugs and rodents and have been satisfied each time. Very professional service and knowledgeable technicians. The tech was excellent and extremely thoughtful, making sure to not track mud inside the house.

If their customer service is anything like their drivers, steer clear of this business! Cut me off within inches of my life in the rain...then stopped mid-street to a bigger a**hole. You don't drive like that in a business truck to attract customers!

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
