CertaPro was on-time and super fast with the pain job. The color was beautiful and they left my house clean when they were done. There was a mix-up with the square footage I was originally quoted, but they honored the original quoted price at the end without any fight or hassle. Very impressed with their customer service. Our lead painter Fransisco (I believe) and his crew were amazing and did an awesome job!

The crew of Michael D., Cesar and Rene were professional, polite, courteous, quiet and very careful with all our stuff. By the way, they did a great job painting the house. Michael even went out of his way to rip a long piece of lumber for me for a home project unrelated to the painting job. Great favor! I strongly recommend this company for all your painting needs. Certa Painters of the West Valley did an excellent job of painting and repairing our home. We hired Certa to repair a very poor drywall job that another company had done. Chris was my initial point of contact. He was prompt for our first meeting, got a quote to me quickly, and kept in contact with me when I ran into a misunderstanding with the drywaller. Fernando was our site manager. He checked on the site prior to initiating work and after the fact, spending quite a bit of time explaining the process to me and answering my questions. He too was easily accessible and prompt in handling the misunderstanding with our drywaller as well. The drywall repair and texture look incredible! Our painter Jorge, completed the job, with he and his partner painting the ceiling, interior, and exterior walls beautifully. All work was done with excellence, clean up was done well on both accounts and the price was reasonable. This was not a large job, but Certa treated the job done in our home with as much respect as one done on a larger scale. For that we are very grateful and will absolutely use Certa again, should a future project arise.

The estimate process was very easy. On the morning of the appointment, I got a text that our estimator was on his way and would arrive at 840am. A quick review of our painting needs and 20 min later we had a quote, very detailed and listed out additional tasks that were included.
The day of painting, came the same message, that Joe was on his way. We went over the paint colors and he got to work!!! Everything was taped off and protected. Cleaned up at the end of the day. Very good job. We are extremely happy with the entire process with Arizona Painting Company.
