Best Repairs Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Out water heater died, and Cody came out the same day I called, had to put it though my landlords, then came back and installed the new one in about an hour.

I can't say enough positive things about Hays. Everyone who has helped us over the years has been very easy to work with and helpful. Today, our A/C went out, and within a couple of hours, Hays arrived to address the issue. Their technician, Roger, was incredibly nice and helpful. He fixed the problem quickly and cool air is once again blissfully swirling through the house. Roger provided exceptional service, and I heartily recommend him (and others at Hays). Robin & John are honest and do great work. Their staff is professional and personable. Their design for our ductwork in the attic (when they replaced our unit) made so much more sense than the other quote we got. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Update: after they saw my review they called to explain that he doesn't know why but they never got any of our messages. Offered to come and fix issue for free. Not gonna take them up on the offer tho. Just feels awkward at this point.

Had them come out to fix our heating a year or two ago during the winter. The best way I can describe our problem is we have warm air for 10 min. And then it will stop producing warm air and just push cold air. We then have to reset the circuit breaker to the unit and it'll start pushing heat again. They came out. Did whatever they did. Charged us about 300$ problem still occurs. Called and left a message about it not being fixed and never heard from them again.

Jimmy fixed my A/C in the beginning of the summer heat. He was on time and very professional. Couldn’t recommend him more!

My experience was terribly unfortunate. I called and made an appointment for a specific repair, as soon as the technician arrived he tried to upsell. He definitely was nit understanding what I wanted done. During the repair he was on the phone talking to someone. The repair took him forever because of him talking on the phone. I have previously used Parker and sons happily so which is why I called them again. But, with the poor service AND lengthy service since he was on the phone I will NOT be using Parker and Sons again. Oh, and his name was Daniel...

Great experience with George Brazil. Bryan W. arrived and immediately made me feel at ease. He was confident, and clearly knew the ins and outs of my nearly 20yr-old unit. He identified the issue, double checked my unit, and had me fixed in no time. He also walked me through several tips and tricks for maintaining my AC unit. Freddy Perez (with Patrick Riley) did a good job, very knowledgeable, and very friendly & likeable. The first company to look at our system wanted to replace the interior cooling coils without even looking at them, or alternatively to sell us a new AC unit. Freddy discovered a small leak near the condenser, but the major problem was clogged orifices on the interior cooling coils & this was repaired for approximately half the price of the first quote. Unfortunately the condenser fan motor was nearing failure, so we elected to replace it along with a new capacitor, & Freddy took care of that. The system was working great within a few hours & there was no hard sell! I'll request Freddy with PR again.

These folks are always timely and courteous. They have saved me a lot of money doing what they can to fix problems without spending more than necessary.

Everyone was great! Called at 8:20 am, Desio (sp) came out and gave me an estimate, and by 5:00 Craig had the new unit installed. Very friendly, professional and prompt. Will definitely use them in the future!
