Best Repairs Inspection in Phoenix AZ

I had this company come to replace my windshield about three weeks ago. They never called when they were 30 minutes away, I had to call to see where they were at. When the technician was finished, I looked at my windshield and noticed that the rubber around the windshield looked like it had been cut with a razor blade and glued back together when I confronted him about this he said the sun causes damage but that he would order the new parts and they would replace the rubber around the windshield. I called days later and they said parts were never ordered. I then had to call again a few days later to see what the status was. Now I have realized that my rearview mirror is broken because of him too. This company has good reviews but I didn't have a good experience and would not recommend them.

This company did a great job for us. We had a leak and they came promptly, gave us a quote and explained what was needed and discussed options. They replaced our roof quickly, since they know we had the leak. They were polite, easy to deal with, and professional and completely cleaned up afterwards.
