Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

I called Hero Home Services for a backed up toilet. Ernie came out on time, he was very professional and courteous. He augered the toilet in attempt to solve the issue. We came to the conclusion that the toilet needs to be replaced due to old age. I will be using their services from here on out. They are an amazing company and I will keep their business. Finally a plumber I can trust! Thanks Ernie you’re our hero :)

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

Justin came out to service out septic tank today. Justin is super friendly, he did a wonderful job, very thorough job, and made sure to leave the area clean. Justin explained everything and gave us some great options to help with the maintenance of the septic tank. I highly recommend Cooper Sewer and Drain, from the responsiveness of the staff on the phone, the ease of scheduling an appointment, and overall helpfulness of the entire staff.

Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

Rooter Rangers are fantastic! They came out late on a Sunday night within 30 minutes of our call for help. They were prompt, polite, and professional throughout the whole job. They found and fixed the problem and after the work was completed, even after the digging, it looked like as if nothing had been disturbed. Top service at a reasonable price! Called them first thing on a Monday morning, they told me they were busy from the weekend but she would try to get someone available. She called me thirty minutes later and told me Kevin would get there. Kevin showed up at eleven. It was very pleasant to have someone prioritize my emergency, most places would have just put me on a waiting list. Kevin was very knowledgeable and fast. Would definitely use them again. Definitely a five star experience.

Worst so called plumbers ever. Hired them to fix a slow drain. They showed up over 4 hours late. They snaked the main drain with some antique snake machine for 1 hour and could get it fixed. Then they used a camera and said it was a blockage in main line and they couldn't get past it with snake or camera. They quoted me $3500 to dig it up and fix the blockage. I ask them to show me the blockage with there camera and they gave me some lame excuse why they couldn't. Called a real plumber the next day and he snaked the drain just fine took 20 min. Buyer Beware with these guys! If they give you some outrageous better get second opinion.

Lauren was awesome in scheduling us for a pumping and pre sale inspection on our septic system. She even went out of their normal service area to make it happen. I called 9 other local septic companies before I called her. She now moves to #1 on my list. Dustin came out and did the inspection and pumping and left the property in the same way he found it. Amazing effort and superior service from a company we took a chance on. Thank you to the entire team! We will get our house closing done on time!!!

Sunset Septic made an appointment for a week out from the call for service. On the appointment date they had given a 2 hour timeframe. I called to check on the estimated time of arrival at 1 hour past the given timeframe. Receptionist stated that she would check with the technician on where he was at and call right back. They didn’t call “right back” so I called them after an additional 35 minutes and was put on hold. Receptionist said the technician was assigned an emergency pump out and would now be an additional 3-4 hours. I understand things happen and would have been just fine if anyone would have simply picked up a phone to keep from wasting my time. They obviously took the higher paying emergency job. No one from Sunset Septic EVER called us. We cancelled our appointment due to poor communication and customer service.

Have used these guys a couple times before for minor things in the last 15years that we have been in our house. This time, the 50 year old sewer pipe out the the street disintegrated. They came out and put a camera down and figured out the problem, quoted us a decent price, painful, but decent. They came back the next day and started the work, took three days to complete. The crew was amazing and professional, they worked well together, treated each other with tremendous respect, knew what they were doing and got right down to business. Thanks to Chris, Cameron, and Thomas, and all the other guys who came to help with the new pipe. You made a terrible situation bearable, and fixed our problem quickly. Can't say enough how impressed we are with this crew!!
