My water heater was out, and I needed to get it working ASAP on a holiday weekend; two other companies were unable (or unwilling) to do the job, next time I'll call Penguin first. Everyone was helpful from initial phone call to cleaning up after the work was done. Jackson was at my house within an hour, he was helpful, positive, capable, and efficient. Also, he listened to what I actually needed done now (because other work is pending, but I needed hot water today!). Thanks Penguin!

Had an emergency situation and called them... they showed up super fast and were very nice and informative. Explained my problem and possible solutions and had me fixed up in no time. Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Everyone is amazing to work with. Great customer service, even after the job was completed. We needed a new unit and being 9 months pregnant with a crazy toddler, they made me a priority. I couldn't be more lucky to have found such a great company. Fred was the only person (out of 3 other techs) that actually took pictures and showed me what was wrong with our unit/duct work. We had Howard air come out and recharge our AC . Quinton our technician was excellent, he explained everything to us very thoroughly. If you choose Howard air ask for Quinton. Our only issue was the price for refrigerant was a little high, but they offer a warranty and high class service which made it worth the extra few bucks. Thanks again Quinton.

Last year was my first contact with and use of Parker and Sons for maintenance. The first thing that a potential customer should know is that Parker is not one of those outfits that makes you cool your heels waiting interminably for the repairman. The communication is extraordinary. The repair guys are professional, keep you informed about problems they see and If you consent, fix them on the spot. It is not always easy for women to have a comfort zone when dealing with service and repair personnel. That is definitely NOT a problem with Parker. But back to the communication, it's 5 star. Couldn't be happier.
